Decent stay for the pricePosted Nov 28, 2013
The best thing about this hotel is the location, being only one stop away from the major Shinjuku station and on the main JR loop line made transport very easy. The hotel condition was decent, rooms were small but nothing surprising for Japan CBD hotels. Overall a decent stay at a great location for a reasonable price.

Great location for a hotelPosted Nov 25, 2013
Tokyo Plaza Hotel is located conveniently between two different train lines and a 5min walk to each. You are also just a single stop from Shinjuku and not far from Shibuya. Rooms are small but still clean and comfortable. If you get the included breakfast ask for no salt ;-)

Pros: The central location of the hotel to the restaurants, and the railway itself.
Cons: Nothing I can think of.
Location: Well placed restaurants, bars and a night time more than a daytime vibe. So good to return and relax here after a long day.
If you take the NXE express, it really is just a block away. So hop on to the local rail way or a taxi for about 900 yen and you are there. The night life is good around the area, and has a jazzy atmosphere. The hotel is literally just down the road from the train station and so getting to your next destination makes it easy. They had English and Korean versions of most of the railway maps and pamphlets witch helped allot :) Also the free wi-fi was a life saver, than raher paying 5 dollars, 3 pounds or R 50 a day.

Very nice hotel with very nice staffPosted Sep 1, 2013 on Hotels.com
The hotel is near Shin-okubo station which makes it access really easy. All the staff were really respectful and very nice. The room was also really clean and all the stuff in the room looked new. I could say everything was pretty good. Only one problem I had with my room was that the room windows had figured glass so outside was not visible and the window could not be opened too although it had small door under it to let the air flow. In overall I was tottaly happy with my room

This hotel was small but perfect. It was one minute from the subway station, had free wifi, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed in 3 hotels while in Japan and this was my favorite.
