Area is very convenient and walkable distance to all the major train lines by Tokyo station. Hotel front desk is nice and provides a lot of amenities like lotion and hygiene care. Housekeepers provide bag of new towels and trash bags when “Do not disturb” is on the doorknob. Only issue we had with our room was the A/C being broken and a tad too hot.

Mould in the toilet. Poor ventilation. Some of the wood work is in poor condition. Excellent location, 5min walk to Tokyo station and there were many places to eat in the alleys around the hotel, though walk in during the dinner hours without a reservation, you may not get a table.

Location was good and near Tokyo Station, aircon was not working, air in room was hot & stuffy, not able to sleep at all, staff was unfriendly and not helpful at all. Will give this hotel a miss if back to Tokyo.

A nice hotel … will return
Not our first time and still our preferred hotel being close to Tokyo Station. Lots of amenities around. I use this hotel as a base to travel outside of Tokyo and it has always been a positive experience.

Location was near Tokyo Station about 5min walk from North Exit but exposed to weather elements in the final 100-150m. Simple, clean and well equipped room but no complimentary drinking water provided. A couple of small dining places and convenience shop just at back of hotel. Would recommend. Note: only hotel in my 21 days trip to send my luggage to the room *****

Great location! 7min walk from Tokyo Station. Safe and quiet area. Really close to lively area Kinshicho Station. The only downfall was that the room was extremely small for us two. Found a few small bugs in bathroom but not a big deal

They break-in your room for cleaning before your check-out time(11:00am). They came my room (10:30am) while I am outside for my breakfast. There was my stuff in my room and they kept doing cleaning even though I came back my room and used the toilet in my room. Terrible and disgusting!!!! This is a very serious security problem.

As with many hotels in Tokyo, our room was certainly on the small side and showing it's age. But as long as you know what to expect, the service and vicinity to Tokyo station was a welcome positive. It's best if you're looking for a no frills place to stay.
