"Great for Our Purpose"
The Ginza Creston was everything it was billed to be. It was clean, neat, up-to-date, centrally located, and comfortable. Directions on the website to the hotel were great. Come out of Tsukiji Station taking Exit 3, and you emerge at the Denny's (opens at 7). Facing the Denny's, turn right, go to the corner, turn left and walk right down until the street ends. Right across the street is the Ginza Creston. The nice thing is that along this street are a 7-11, two coffee shops, and a small restaurant or two, so you can grab stuff, plus the Denny's on the corner serves a nice dinner :-) We were in Tokyo for the sole purpose of going to Tokyo Disney, and didn't want to pay the Disney hotel prices, so the Creston was perfectly located. On station up on the subway to Hatchobori station, transfer onto the JRKeiyo line to Maihama (Tokyo Disney Station) and you are there. Total time between 5 to 10 minutes depending. It was also great for getting to Ueno Station for the park during Sakura, as well as to the Hard Rock Cafe located right at the station to meet friends! We would definitely stay here again.

"Everyone should experience this hotel at least 1x"
I cannot speak highly enough about this hotel. It is by far the finest hotel experience I've ever had (and I've stayed in other luxury hotels elsewhere in the world). My praise extends to the room, which is packed with amenities both big and small that make you feel like a king/queen. As an example, the curtains that go up/down at a touch of a button (located at your bedside) that open onto your stunning view of Tokyo (awesome day and especially night). My praise also extends to the staff who are so attentive and friendly. Regardless of their designated title, they helped respond to my requests quickly and eagerly. They welcomed me when I came back to the hotel and wished me a good day as I departed. The staff truly cared about me and what I wanted. The Cantonese restaurant had tasty food (even the tea menu was amazing), and the staff were just as attentive and caring. This was truly an amazing experience. That's why I titled the review as everyone should experience this hotel at least once. Chances are, though, that you'll want to experience it many times after that.

"Nice, clean, reasonably priced"
My wife and I booked a "double room" for 2 adults. The room was small, ~1/2 the size of normal rooms in the U.S., but had everything you'd expect. The size was not an issue and the bed seemed more like a queen than a double. We're used to a California King and had no problem with the bed (I'm 6'5"). I believe the hotel is on the edge of the area known as Ginza (upscale retail area). We were on a budget and had trouble deciding on a restaurant the first night we stayed. After getting more familiar with the area, we realized if we had walked the other way we would have found plenty of places to eat that were in our desired price range. Seemed like a good base camp for many popular sightseeing areas in Tokyo. The location also worked out great for us because it is very easy to get to. This was our first time traveling any place like this and it was the first place we stayed when we arrived in Japan. Took the Narita Express to Tokyo Station, and the Yamanote Line to Shimbashi Station. From there, it's only about a block to Hotel Com's.

"Great location, Great Shower"
Location was 5 mins walk from Ikebukuro Station. Hotel room size was comfortable relative to other hotels in Tokyo. Great shower facilities and water pressure was excellent. Daily breakfast was included. It was buffet style, selection was not extensive. It would have been better if the selections vary from day to day. However, there are plentiful of food choices in the vicinity of hotel, round the clock. And the convenience store is just across the street. Overall great stay!

"Made us Smile :)"
The room was a decent size, well stocked with everything we needed and always cleaned well. The staff was always very friendly and helpful - they helped us find places to eat, recommended activities and tours, even called the amusement park we wanted to visit to make sure all the rides would be open that day. Very satisfied with our stay and would likely come back if we are ever back in Tokyo!

"Convenient location, excellent staff."
We arrived before check-in time so they took our bags and had them waiting in our room when we returned later. One of the days we were there as we went to leave they noticed it was snowing outside and rushed over to give us umbrellas to use for the day. Staff was exceptional. Breakfast buffet was varied and good. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone.
