Ok hotel for the price

Posted Oct 14, 2014
You get what you pay for with this hotel. We just needed a room for the night because we were arriving late and it is right off the interstate which was convenient for us. The rooms are pretty small and the beds are small and hard, but overall it was ok. Our room had a refrigerator but no microwave. It's a extended stay hotel imo. But like I said you get what you pay for.

Inexpensive hotel for a night

Posted Sep 25, 2014
For the money it was fine. The only true downside was the window to the room was very thin therefore there was noise coming threw as people talked and definitely when cars were started.

The only positive was that it was cheap.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything
Location: Went for a soccer tournament so we didn't spend time in Perrysburg.
The hotel was run down, room smelled, carpet was stained, bedding was threadbare, bathroom was dirty, glass was broken in the stairwell, and the pool has been closed for years even though the website said it had one.

Convenient to Rt 23 & I-75

Posted Aug 20, 2014
Pros: Price was right. Breakfast was very good
Cons: Bathroom sink needs to be refreshed or replaced.
Location: Didn't stay in the area that long.
The motel room was fine but the bathroom was little shabby, not dirty but rather shop worn. The bed pillows were rather poor.

Pros: Price
Cons: Start over.
Don't stay here unless you don't mind filth and stained beading. I'm going to go get a blood test....

Worst I've ever seen

Posted Aug 6, 2014
The door wouldn't lock. The air conditioner was not working. No cable tv, just a hand full of channels like pbs. Stained sheets, short dark curly hair on sheets, cigarette burns on sheets and blankets. Non-smoking room smelt like smoke mixed with cat urine. Cell phone charger would stay in wall as the outlet was broken. Idling semi-truck parked out front - likely rented a room by the hour. All this in the 30 minutes we stayed before checking out and running across the street to the holiday inn.

Need for Upgrade of facility

Posted Jul 24, 2014 on Hotels.com
I requested a room change because the first room was filled with residual cigarette smoke. Second room was not any better. The mattress looked crooked and the cover was so old looking worn. The hotel hygiene itself could be better, undisposed refuse bin smelled around the lobby to the front desk. It was the worst hotel I ever stayed - I guess it was the worth of the money. It was the cheapest I found.
