Accommodating

The hotel is located in a very accommodating area. Being just off the interstate makes it easy to access it. The great thing is it's it's right in the heart of a shopping mall which is really nice. The mall has restaurants shopping and some entertainment.

Beautiful, Clean Hotel

Pros: Modern and clean!
Cons: Nothing to be improved upon, keep doing a great job!
Location: We stayed at the location next to an outdoor shopping area. Lots of cute shops and plenty of places to choose for supper. BIG plus, close Starbucks!
I was VERY impressed with this hotel. We booked this hotel about an hour before we arrived and got a GREAT deal through Expedia. We were traveling from Iowa to Maryland. The minute we pulled up, I knew it was a great deal. The lobby was very modern and clean. The rooms were spacious, clean, and exactly what I look for in a hotel. My kids played at the pool and had a great time. The workout area looked nice and I would have used it if we were staying longer than 10 hours.

Location: Great shopping and restaurants where this is located.
Have stayed here a couple of times before. Wasn't as impressed this time. The pool was cold, supposed to be heated and was losing water. Also a lot of spiders in it. Told staff about it. Went to dinner, came back and checked it and it seemed fine; at least more water, not sure about temp. Got up next morning to take my daughter swimming and pool water was down again, cold water and more bugs and spiders in it. Indoor pool so not sure why all the bugs. Room was fine.

Do you sell okay hotel coma their staff is not that helpful, look like they don't want to be there, it's a brand-new hotel in handy has a lot to improve

I just stay 1 night for the trip this hotel. But If I have a more chance,more time I might be more stay this hotel. So kind staff and clean.....mordern... anyways,very good!!!

One night stay

We were staying there, working as volunteers for a Non-Profit Fundraising Event. Therefore, we did not really see much of the property or spend much time in our room. The facility was nice. The banquet room that we used was well arranged and the staff was helpful.

Sleeping on the side of a hill!!

In general the hotel was situated close to shops and restaurants which were great. Problem with these new designed beds, when the cell adjuastments fail it's like sleeping on the side of a slope....... Not good!!
