I showed up at midnight, tired, ready to get some sleep, and I stood at the checkin desk for 10 minutes, they need some type system to alert employees when someone needs help. I called the front desk while waiting and let it ring until it automatically hung up on me, that was my first impression. In the morning we were in a rush to eat and get going, Sarah is the dining room was PHENOMENAL!!! Exceptional service, offered to bring us drinks and condiments while we grabbed food, brought me the bill quickly, GREAT SERVICE!!! Finished eating, walked over to the front desk to check out….nobody there….dropped my keycards and left. Room was very nice, clean, easy to use coffee maker and AC/Heat , would definitely come back but disappointed by the front desk

Location and staff were amazing. Housekeeping not so much....no shampoo in the built in dispensers and only one regular coffee pod for the Keurig (two Decafs and one tea pods). Plus, three bath towels were be appreciated, not just two.

I chose the Hilton Garden Inn because of a previous stay in a different location. I reserved a King room but was given a Double with no mention of the change at check-in. The beds and pillows were uncomfortable. My other Hilton stays have always been pleasant.

We chose this hotel based on experience with other Hilton Garden locations, however, this was a letdown. I planned on swimming with my son here… The pool was under construction at the time. This was not posted on Expedia at all and I could not find it listed on their site either(though I could be wrong, if it was, it was not readily visible). Even if it was, the pool was listed as a convenience on both sites. The clerk apologized, while the rude “manager” stepped forward from the back and said curtly “it’s posted on all of the sites” then she turned walked away. After showing the Expedia page, she then said “well that’s a third party” and walked away. I was calm but expressed disappointment. The clerk was friendly, the manager, well she lacked communication skills…and any form of empathy… The room itself was dated, while the desk and microwave cabinets were beat up. The worst part was the noise next to my room. Registered a steady 46 decibels with higher peaks. We apparently were put next to the utilities/electrical. My 6 year old son woke up at one point and said “is that the garbage truck outside?”. No, just the room son… avoid rooms that end in x21. We were in 721 two doors from the elevator. Guests were quiet that night. The noise never stopped all night. Breakfast was pretty good though…server was nice and food was hot. The morning clerk was also friendly…

Extremely disappointed that the pool was closed. Toilet in our room was not clean. The bathroom had peeling paint on the ceiling. The nightstands were dusty and there were crumbs on the desk.

Everything was great. We have stayed here several times before and have always been pleased. This time we had an issue with our room key working, but upon asking front desk person he seemed to be annoyed that we were asking for his help. Other than that, was great!

We had 2 rooms. In one room we had to have the heat worked on. The other room had no hot water in shower. In this room my wife and daughter were eaten up by bed bug bites. I was very dissatisfied with our stay

I stayed here for a company holiday party. My stay was wonderful except for my bed. It was so firm that I could not get comfortable without laying on top of the pillows to cushion my body. Everything was very clean and the front desk was very friendly while checking in and out. Overall it was a wonderful stay as long as you don't mind extra firm mattresses.

Mostly pretty good. The two complaints are 1) while the bathroom was well lit, the room itself didn't have enough lights, very dark and difficult to read in. Also, it would be nice to have some plugs available on that counter by the fridge. 2) It was very disappointing to have clearly made a reservation for three people in the room with two queen beds, and find they'd only provided two sets of towels; what were they thinking?

The check in was not what would say very professional with the receptionist telling me it was seven dollars a day. Then charging my credit card $50.00 without letting me know.

The property was great, but even more than that, Carrie at the front desk was so helpful! The room was clean, and well appointed, and the area around the hotel was fantastic! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
