“Breakfast was the best part”

The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms, however, were a bit outdated and could have been better cleaned. The toilet had mold coming from under the rim, three of the lamps didn't work, and the TV remote was also not working when we arrived (though it was replaced). Although the room was non-smoking, rooms across the hall were smoking and the smell was present. The pool was a good temperature and great for the kids, but the hot tub was a bit cool and also looked like it needed cleaning. The hotel breakfast area was well maintained and the breakfast was a good quality. We enjoyed the variety of foods it offered: from omelets, pancakes, and biscuits & gravy to cereal, oatmeal, and cinnamon rolls. The price was decent, but for the money we will most likely stay at the Holiday Inn French Quarter across the street next time and hope it's a bit cleaner.

“Nice hotel away from the downtown”

I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Perrysburg while in Toledo on business. I found the hotel to be very nice with friendly and helpful check-in staff. Check-in was quick and painless, with a cookie and bottled water provided free of charge. The free internet code was very much appreciated. The breakfast buffet had a nice selection and was fresh. My room was quiet and clean, although the mattress was a bit lumpy. I will certainly stay here again if in the area.

“Would recommend to other people”

I thought the staff was very nice. The complimentary breakfast was great, it had a wide varity of food. The only thing I would recommend is to put a vent in the bathroom when you run the shower it gets very steamy.

“Impressed”

We were quite happy with the hotel. The beds were a bit too hard but the Continental Breakfast was Awesome. By far better than what we expected. I would have called it a buffet more than continental. Anyway we would stay there again.

“the long and winding road”

we got in very late and they sent us to the farthest end of the building possible. it was never mentioned that the easiest thing was to drive our car around to the back of the building to go through the door right next to our room. so my wife and i and our 8 month old lugged our stuff all through the hotel for about 15 mins at around 11 at night. the room itself was ok, but we had to go through a good deal of renovations that kicked up a bunch of dust. no real complaints about the room itself, just the lady at the front desk who could have simplified our lives a bunch with a simple suggestion.

“Not impressed”

Hotel was really spread out - looked more like a truck stop than a hotel - room and bathroom were quite small - bed barely fit - there were a lot of little bugs all through the room.... on the positive side - the internet worked well - the bed was very comfortable and it was quiet

“Toledo Hotel”

The hotel was very clean. The breakfast buffet was very well stocked with various different hot and cold breakfast items for every taste. However, one problem I did have was the lack of ventilation in the room, you had to turn on the air conditioner just to have fresh air in the room.
