The first room we received had a very fowl smell. The front attendant was very kind and switched rooms quickly though. The next room was alittle better.I don't know if I would recommend the rooms but I would definitely hire the front desk attendant at my business based on his professionalism and caring attitude..great job.

The restrooms in the room wasn’t clean floors were not swept the toilet wasn’t properly cleaned or the shower walls I had to personally go out and buy cleaning supplies to clean the bathroom to feel more comfortable for myself and my children there was also a issue with the tv in the room and the internet. and the tv kept blanking out I called the staff but was just told to basically reset the internet connection on the tv but want any help

The customer service was top notch! The room was clean and in good condition. They were going through a major renovation so it wasn’t in perfect condition but it was definitely nice. The only complaint I have was that the bed wasn’t comfortable at all! Lots of springs digging into us. But that’s it. Everything else was so nice and the people were so friendly and helpful! I could not have been more impressed with the staff!!!!

They had upgrades on the hotel being done, so the workers were working well after 10 at night. We could hear the drills and other tools being run. The drive was terrible with holes. The pool water, as well as the pool area was not very warm at all. The breakfast area was not kept up well. Both mornings I had to ask for things that were out, as well as the other guests asking. I’d say I wouldn’t come back to this location.

Breakfast buffet was ok. Construction going on. Hook missing from curtain and it wouldn't close all the way and we were on 1st floor facing the sidewalk. Found a bug crawling around on the bed the next morning.
Checked in at night and was greeted by "EMan". He was friendly and professional and enjoyable to talk to. Later he assisted me with a parking tag and brought it to the room so I wouldn't have to come to the desk. Very considerate. In many places customer service has been on the decline but great to see a place that still has professional staff. Your place is my new "go-to" when in the Toledo area Thank You.

Breakfast and pool are decent. Poor lighting in pool area. Housekeeping duties are neglected at a major level when it comes to the hotel rooms. 2 days w/ no housekeeping services even after i requested it and reminded the front desk b4 i left the property. The bedding is the exact same b/c i recognize the stains i made while eating in bed. Not too mention my ear started bleeding and got on a pillow case. That same pillow case is on the bed right now. They remade the bed with the stains and blood on the sheets etc. Nasty. Front desk said they would have Housekeeping come tomorrow morning but i check out at 11a. Right now it's 4p...check in time. Manager just left even though i asked to speak with her b4 leaving. I have pictures of the unclean room. Unswept floor. Stained sheets, bloody pillow case. Gross!! I wont be back. I apologize that your room was not serviced during your total of 4 nights here. We only do stayover service every three days (It's even on our website) and your fourth night was on a seperate reservation so it was not noted to do stay over service on your last night. Miscomminications happen, and you called to follow-up in the evening after housekeeping was gone, but was offered all of the linen that you may need. Sorry that you wont be returning... Stay blessed!

The stay was on par for what I paid no issues at all quite and comfortable. The pillows were good but bed at little hard for my liking and the blanket was a bit on the thin side but still ok.
