Excellent location only if you are driving, otherwise far from town. Patio restaurant has great views of the city but you need to make reservations well in advance otherwise you are seated on plastic chairs on the side with no view.

Good hotel, poor restaurantPosted Jun 22, 2013 on Hotels.com
The hotel was lovely with fantastic views over the city. Away from busy city streets. Meal in hotel restaurant was poor and not good value for money. Waiting staff did not seem to understand English although people on desk and at breakfast did. Great hotel to stay in but don't eat set meal in restaurant.

Nice business hotelPosted Nov 11, 2012 on Hotels.com
We stayed there as the rate was greatly discounted. We had a car, but if you don't you are out of luck to easily get into Toledo. It's a beautiful hotel with great views of the city. It's on a hill side opposite the city. The balconies would have been great if it wasn't raining, and if they had chairs.

Fabulous ToledoPosted Oct 29, 2012
Pros: Beautiful views overlooking city.
Cons: Night before departure unable to resolve sound on tv. Suggested changing a tv from another room -would need engineer, unavailable at 17.45.
Location: It is high on a hill overlooking the city. It is possible to walk into the city.
Stunning location overlooking the city. Had our pet Oscar cocker spaniel who was well received at no extra charge. Breakfast was plentiful and people went back to top up. To order at the hotel was 7euros. Ambience in bar was lacking but for us not a problem as out all day. Only downside, English channel on TV in the room had a problem with sound-as it was reported 19.30 could only be resolved by us changing our room and we were too tired. You need a car to get into city from hotel otherwise a taxi. Pets are not allowed in bars or restaurants, buses or taxis in the city.

Beautiful hotel with amazing viewsPosted Jul 26, 2012 on Hotels.com
This a a beautiful hotel in a truly fantastic part of Spain. The hotel has amazing veiews overlooking the city of Toledo. It is well kept and has all amenities you would expect. You can't really walk anywhere from the hotel as it is very hilly and not any footpaths or street lights outside, however there is a bus stop at the end of the road for those without a car. My friend unwittingly left a wallet full of money in the hotel room when we left. Within a few hours they had emailed to say they had the wallet and cash! Very honest staff.
