The property was well kept and the staff was courteous and helpful. Unfortunately, the stay wasn't restful because the air conditioning made a noise that sounded like someone knocking on the door every time it turned on. Turning it off entirely was the only solution but then made the room tooo warm. Because of this and the lights from the clocks, microwave, etc. I did not sleep at all.

was totally flabbergasted that there was no free coffee or continental breakfast. Had to pay for everything and it was not cheap. Still have not received my receipt from them either.

The bed in my room was broken. Literally had the biggest dip in the side closest to the window, as of the mattress was super old and just worn out. I didn’t get to notice or experience the issue until very late Friday night. The specific type of room was requested due to physical limitations. My back mostly, but entire body suffered. We didn’t want to be “those people” that complained about anything either. Reported at checkout, which front desk acted as if she didn’t care. Didn’t even offer a discount. So yes, disappointed.

The hotel itself it’s nice, it has a great location, rooms are clean and beds are comfortable, I booked 2 bedrooms, they put me in floor 9 and my kids floor 10, when I got to the room the assigned me, the key didn’t work, went back to the lobby, the fixed the key issue, went back to the room, opened the door to a man and his family inside the room, needless to say this man freaked out and kicked me out of the room immediately, went back to the lobby, they assign me to a different floor, still on a different floor (8) than my kids, without the possibility to cancel ended up using only one room to be able to keep my whole family together.

If you are driving down Summit Street looking for the Hilton, don’t bother looking because you won’t find it. It is hidden inside a commercial real estate complex called the Glass City Center. Not a Hilton sign to be seen. Actually not a hotel at all as the term is usually understood, it is a block of rooms carved out of the business complex. Amenities are scarce. But close to the Mudhens baseball field, so there is that.

Overall a very nice place to stay. Clean, great location, staff was awesome. Only knocks were that the wait for the valet when arriving was very long (only one valet person working) and the room was way to warm and the controls didn’t work.

Room was clean and check in was very easy. There was incredibly loud banging starting at 6 am and sounded under us - so would have been third floor. Maybe breakfast prep? Overall was a good stay. Would stay again.

Excellent room but noisy!
First off, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the entire building was clean. They offered valet services for $25, but you can self park in parking garage right around the corner that is attached to the hotel. We checked in late and there was no parking at the front of the hotel so we had to selfpark and then check in. There is a restaurant in the hotel but we didnt utilize it during our stay. The only problem we came across was the heating system would bang, every 4 minutes! My husband wear hearing aids so he could kind of ignore it. It would constantly wake me up as soon as I would drift off. Since he was sleeping and it was very late, after midnight, I didn't notify anyone until the morning when we checked out. I didn't fall asleep until 4 because of total exhaustion and woke around 6am with a bang. The front staff said they would have maintenance check it out. They stated no one else has ever complained about it. No adjustment to the bill was offered. If I do go back, I will not stay in room 1408! That was our only issue, the bed was comfortable and the view was great.

They were doing some construction in the lobby area, but every where else was wonderful. The valet parking ($25) was super convenient and easy to navigate!
