“Friendly personnel and worth the price. Very convenient location for Phoenix NASCAR.”

Everyone at the Hotel were very friendly and helpful with my needs. Room was clean and well kept. Area was safe and I would stay here again. I would suggest the parking area have brighter lighting. No issues here. Mexican Food across the street was very good for the money!!

“Good hotel for those just needing a quiet place to sleep”

This hotel, although not fancy, did meet our basic needs. The room was quiet and comfortable, the breakfast was good, and location was great being right off the I-10. For the area and quality of the hotel the rate was appropriate. Would stay here again.

“Find another motel”

As I discovered, this motel is set up primarily for truckers and for those looking for a quick night's sleep. I would not want to have my family stay there. The hallways were dark and very hot(no a/c) and wreaked of old, stale cigarette smoke even though I was staying in the no smoking section. However, to their credit, the room and bathroom were both clean and odor free with a large bed and Direct TV. A breakfast was served between 6am and 9am consisting of scrambled eggs, waffles, cereal, toast and pastries with the usual beverages. I ate at a restaurant so I cannot judge the flavor of the food. Overall, it would be my recommendation that you spend the extra cash and find another place with a higher rating and better reviews.

“Rough around the edges. Decent breakfast.”

Hotel was pretty dated. Everything looked old with weak attempts to refresh. But the rooms were acceptable and the breakfast was good. I've stayed at better places for the money.

“Difficult Check in, but good complimentary breakfast”

The clerk at the check in desk was extremely rude. She would not allow us to check in a minute before 3p even though we arrived in Arizona at 11:30a. We told her that we had driven from Los Angeles so we'd really like to get checked in & rest as soon as possible but she was adamant about not letting us check in early. So we returned at 2p to see if we could check in at that time and were rudely turned away again. We waited in the hot car until 2:59p which she still would not allow us to check in until 3p exactly. I just felt like it was a blatant disregard for plain old customer satisfaction. However, once we did get checked in we were very satisfied with the other amenities of the hotel. One of the other hotel clerks was extremely friendly and made up for the other rude girl. Also, our kids LOVED the pool and the complimentary breakfast was very good. So other than that difficult check- in experience, the remainder of the hotel stay was pretty good. I would stay there again just for the breakfast alone.
