“Excellent service”
Excellent service and hospitiality. It was walking distance from the Hilton convention center. Breakfast was great. I would recomend this hotel others.

“you get what you pay for...”
We didn't know they'd assigned us a 'Handicapped' room. Big door openings, little room for small sink and counterspace.Room was clean but smelled little funky...when we came back at midnight and wanted to watch some tv, the remote didn't work, so that was a hassle...
“Clean and Safe”
I told my wife if we get to review the hotel I would give it high marks. Check in and check out were smooth. Met the cleaning staff one day they were very polite and the room was always very clean when we got back at night.
“My Stay at Super 8 for a week”
Everything was pretty good, water pressure was low in sink and shower. No heat in the bathroom. No mirror in the room, except for the bathroom. At times we could not get the front desk to answer the phone, or people calling in could not get an answer.
“not impressed”
The pool was not open, and the whirlpool was black. Internet service went out for a whole afternoon. The room was a non-smoking room, however it smelled like it had been sprayed down with a chemical to erase a smokey smell. Clear plastic cups were left to pour coffee into. Not enough towels, ever. Management acted like we were asking for something out of the ordinary when we asked for xtra. No blankets. The airconditioning ventilation system was subpar. Location was fantastic...and location also showed us that there were other hotels we could have picked that would have been a dramatic improvement over this Super 8.
