Close to KU campus

The hotel was clean but bed was uncomfortable. The breakfast had hard bagels and bread. Nothing hot to eat.

Needs repair but has accommodating front desk

Pros: Close to campus, offered breakfast, accommodating staff.
Cons: Water stain on ceiling, no chauking around the air conditioner was open to the outside, stains on bedding these where in room # 103.
Room #103 needs repairs, staining on ceiling in bathroom, no caulking around the air conditioner was open to the outside, and stains on bedding. The front desk was accommodating and personnel in hotel.

Pros: The staff was nice
Location: It's location is great. Easy access to all areas of Lawrence
The pillow cases had make up on them. The shower ceiling was very wet and moldy . Very small bathroom, two people can't use it at the same time. They didn't use a fitted sheet and the sheets kept sliding off. Air conditioner wouldn't keep the room cool.

First two sets of key cards wouldn't work. Got a different room, door was hard to open & close.

The hotel is older and in need of some finishing touches. The room was comfortable- mattress was too soft.

Disappointed

Completely disappointed with the website being able to give me the best value for my money. Will not ever use it again. Baymont Inn was very courteous, helpful and the room was decent. Unsatisified with what I thought was the best price available because I found out that others got the same room for much cheaper.

We requested a non-smoking room and hotels.com confirmed it; however, but when we arrived we were told they did not have a non-smoking room available.
