Questionable HousekeepingPosted Jan 26, 2015
Pros: Overall very nice and clean and the Pool was great!
After getting set up in the room I went to the restroom and there was a previous persons Lingerie hanging on the back of the bathroom door... The staff was great in offering to move us to a different room or come and clean our room which is what we did since we had set up already (had a pack-n-play and baby stuff).

SUPER NICE! The staff was almost too sweet!Posted Nov 14, 2014
Hey, this is a place you can experience people really enjoying their jobs!! And you know what, it makes a difference. Everyone was GENUINELY sweet, here! From the lovely manager and front desk clerks, who were kind and actually playful with each other. I was in a bad tired mood and I got to giggling with them. Someone had broken off the switch on my room's alarm clock, so I took it to the front desk and asked for a new one, and they were playful and so apologetic! Immediately got me a new one. The room was clean, classy without the frilly country tacky decor. I wish I would have swam, how wonderful the slide and hot pool looked right in the center, inside lobby. Someone had said it was "outdated", but it felt like old Hollywood, or something of a simpler calmer, more wholesome time. Fun Karaoke and live music for Friday night. Good food in the adjoining restaurant (and how nice NOT to get into my car again)! Good for this very wonderful and very reasonably rated hotel. It will be my only place to stop while in or passing through Topeka! Yes, and it is minutes away from everything! (general note to travelers who are sensitive like me:: carry earplugs, the hotel can not control the volume or MANNERS of your neighbors...and also, eye covering mask, as sometimes the lights from parking lots, highway exits, ,etc. may bleed through your window, just be prepared). HAPPY TRAVELS!

Good hotel, poor bar service, great karaoke.Posted Oct 29, 2014 on Hotels.com
pool area is a little loud and the 2nd floor doors need to have the closures adjusted. The doors slam.

Very nice moterPosted Oct 23, 2014
Pros: Very clean. Felt safe. Comfortable bed.
Cons: Breakfast was nothing special
Location: I purposely stayed in Topeka and traveled to KC for the 1st game of the World Series. The commute was about an hour each way, but it also brought me
I had a very comfortable stay at this motel. It was easy to find, right off the interstate.

Good experience and will be staying there again. Was traveling on business and it provided everything I needed while in Topeka or is located close by to other offerings if needed.

Ramada at it's worstPosted Oct 13, 2014 on Hotels.com
Check in took a long time due only one staff member who needed to answer phone, walkie-talkie, and person in front of her simultaneously. Bathtub was covered with a light, wet, layer of dirt and the thermostat for the room was unable to be set. The room could be 50 or 77; nothing in between. Location was just off the interstate with several restaurants within 1 mile.

Eye appealPosted Oct 9, 2014 on Hotels.com
We had stayed there previously a year ago but we were more annoyed with the pool chlorine smell. The fire alarm went off three times in two days. It seemed more in need of a remodel this time.
