There was no tub in the room which would have been nice to soak after a stressful day driving. Pillows were like a half a pillow. Which is odd. Breakfast was hot but over by 9:00 so be aware of that.

This hotel is obviously understaffed. The person at the front desk not only did her job but had to do housekeeping which I'm sure she couldn't do the job she wanted. The hotel was not very clean.

Very poor hours for breakfast on weekends. A service person who wanted to let everything get down to minimum even before 9:00! Not so comfortable pillows or bed.

Front desk staff was very helpful when we arrived late at night. Offered to put my freezer packs and frozen food in their freezer. Beds were comfy.

Sleep Inn was at a great location right off the Interstate and near Food and Shopping venues. The staff were very friendly and helpful in answering questions. The room was clean and neat. Not everything has that brand new crisp feeling but it was clean and that was important to us, especially for a 1-2 night stay traveling through the area. We liked it so well we stayed there again after the holiday and heading back towards home. Thank you to all the staff who made that possible!

It was clean enough and the staff was friendly, but the breakfast was horrible (watery gravy, stale baked goods, and soggy eggs) and the hotel needs a lot of upkeep.

I was looking for a clean place to stay for a couple nights, nothing fancy. This place fit the bill. Hot tub was nice. Bed was comfortable enough and room was clean for the most part. There were dirty corners in the bathroom that needed attention and the toilet ran, so I had to jiggle the handle frequently. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was nothing to write home about, standard continental breakfast. All in all, it was just what I was looking for, a lower cost hotel, clean and safe.

A 10. Pool was open( I didn't use it). Breakfast area was clean and attended. Coffee didn't run out, etc.. cereal, waffles, muffins, pastries, fruits, yogurts. No powdered scrambled eggs or sausages in heated pans. if that's your thing, fast food across the street. Absolutely clean bathrooms, rooms and carpets. Amazing how the manager on site makes a difference! Polite and great staff.
