A bit worn out, but overall is okay,

Posted Jul 3, 2014
Pros: For the price I paid, this is a good bargain.
Location: This hotel is located near the 410 exit, a small shopping plaza near by. A few fast food chain within walking distance. Very convenient.
I have a meeting at Scarborough at 9:00am, I left the hotel at 7:20am, and I arrive at 9:00am sharp. If you plan have to do visit Scarborough, please do not stay in this hotel.

Tropical rainforest conditions in Brampton

Posted Jul 3, 2014
Pros: The waffles.
Cons: Less hair and dampness.
Location: Nothing to do, shady area, and far from everything.
This Motel was sold to us as a Hotel by an online Expedia agent. We asked to be within walking distance to the Yorkdale mall. It ended up being 27.7 km away and a 5 hours 40 mins walk. I was concerned about parking my car as this was in a very shady area. We arrived at 3 am so we were very tired and just wanted to sleep. The first room had wet carpets and the room was extremely damp. We requested a second room and realized this room was just as bad. We were so tired we thought we could make it through the night so we just put towels on the floor and got into bed. Surprise! the sheets and pillows were damp as well. Being exhausted from a 7 hour drive we just put the AC up and put shirts and pants on to go to bed. This was the worst sleep the 4 of us has ever had. The hair on the sheets and washroom floors and bath just topped the whole experience. Showering with the head stuck on the machine gun setting was all we needed to shake off a horrible night. They had a make your own waffle machine which was interesting and tasty.

Nice room, not so nice staff

Posted Jun 30, 2014
Check in took a long time, was a new person working, no thanks for waiting. Phone system was broken and rang randomly several times in the middle of the night. If they told me that when I checked in I could have unplugged the phone. Called for an extra shampoo and soap, they said " come get it yourself". Room was nice, modern, clean.

Nice hotel for quick overnight stay

Posted Jun 30, 2014
We arrived late at night and check-in was done fairly quickly. Rooms aren't spectacular but we couldn't complain for the price. Mini-fridge was convenient. The continental breakfast was one of the best ones we've ever had with hot boiled eggs, beans, sausages, waffle making centre, cereal, toast, baked goods etc. Would stay again.

Most reasonable hotel in the area. Cost vs.Comfort

Posted Jun 30, 2014
Pros: Location, price, staff
Cons: increased breakfast choices. Add scrambled eggs, sausage gravy. With just these 2 items the bar would be complete.
Location: great for business visits. A wide range of industry and commercial property locally.
The location of the hotel is convenient with placed to eat surrounding the hotel. The staff were friendly. The breakfast could be better, there are 2 hot items, but they really need to add scrambled eggs or the like. There are no views, and the surroundings are commercial. The room was clean and comfortable. I would highly suggest this hotel for a business trip or a stop over on pleasure travel if you are visiting the area.

Hotel just OK

Posted Jun 28, 2014
Pros: clean pool, clean room
Cons: hotel overall condition, room doors that should open
Location: located in Brampton, if you're headed there, it's a good place to stay, if you're going to TO, or Mississauga then it's not recommended.
Overall clean, swimming pool clean. Very basic hot breakfast. Room has a walk-out door to the parking, but it was sealed and locked (useless). Ordered a baby crib, but provided a playpen with stains all over which we did not use. If you stay for more than one day, you must ask the front desk to change the bed sheets after the first night or you will sleep on the same sheets the following night(s).

Indifferent staff, poor service

Posted Jun 26, 2014
Pros: The shower was very good.
The hotel is in poor condition, burnt out plugs in the hallway, wallpaper torn, carpets worn and the room key only worked once in 3 nights. The staff did not seem to care, I assume they have heard it all before. There is no elevator, they should let you know upfront about this as, I think, most people would think that there would be one.
