Convenient and close to the airport.

The hotel staff quick and polite. My room was clean but dated. I could tell the beds were at the end of their life expectancy as they sagged in the middle. The washroom fan also did not work.

Seedy hotel 20 minutes away from airport

Posted Mar 5, 2015
Pros: Staff was very nice.
We had ordered a room with a king size bed but got two queen beds instead. It's lucky that we didn't have a tight flight connection, because this äirport hotel"was actually 20 minutes drive with no traffic from the airport. Room was seedy and not what we have normally found with a Best Western Plus. Restaurant had a very limited menu--we ate in the bar near the hotel, which had a better menu.

Not accommodating to a stranded mother

Posted Mar 3, 2015
Pros: The location and the waiter who finally got me boiled water for my baby.
Cons: customer service
Location: It was by the airport and had a subway nearby. We didn't venture out.
When I booked this hotel, I booked 2 rooms. One with double beds and a crib addon for my 4mth old and another room for my parents with a king size bed. I booked them at the same time. When we arrived at the hotel, I asked if we could have rooms together and was told no. I was at one end of the hall with my little one and my parents were on the opposite end. The girl at the front desk was not very nice or polite. My parents room did not have the king bed and my room did not have a crib. I made do with putting my little one on the bed. Then our flight was cancelled so I went back down to reception to re-book just the one room for the following night. No problem there. I then asked the front desk about getting a jug of boiling water to prepare my little ones formula. I had enough to make it to my destination but not enough to deal with the delay. The front desk told me they could not provide me with boiled water due to "safety reasons" but there was "community hot water available in the workout room" and to come down when I needed it. First off, gross! I wouldn't drink that myself let alone mix my babies formula with it. Second, this was the same rude girl from when we checked in. So, I was stressing over what to do about boiled water but decided to wait until the next morning when there was a shift change and ask again. Yet again, I was told that they couldn't help me but to check with the restaurant. If it wasn't for the amazing waiter, I don't know what I would have done.

Nice hotel, close to airport.

Great hotel and the price was an added bonus. We arrived off the plane at 1am, our shuttle to the hotel was prompt as well as leaving in the morning. Front desk staff are very friendly, and restaurant in lobby was a bit pricey but very convenient.

Close to Airport!

Pros: Very beautiful and unique decor. Clean rooms and comfortable beds.
Cons: No.
Location: Great location to Pearson International Airport!
This hotel is very clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was very nice and the waitress in the restaurant was very pleasant as well. We arrived late at night just before the restaurant closed and she was kind enough to serve a full meal. The airport shuttle driver was very friendly and helpful both the night we arrived and the morning we left. Thank you everyone for the great service.

Pros: Proximity to airport, clean, cost effective
Very short visit, checked in late, staff courteous and accommodating...and checked out very early next day to catch flight.only concern was that shuttle to airport booked for 0640 and it arrived more than 10 min late, worrisome for some flying out early.

Less than average experience

The hotel front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Parking is limited. There's was no heat in our room. When we called to have it looked at, we were told that someone would come for 7pm, but no one showed. We did not have heat in our room for the entire duration of our stay.

Pros: Good value for the money.
Cons: Shuttle service in late afternoon was too crowded. Early morning service was great.
The hotel was good value for the money. The shuttle service had a problem in that it was totally full and had no room for all the luggage. One had to call to find out the times for the shuttle. It would be beneficial if the shuttle times were given as information when a reservation is made. eg.. shuttle service from Terminal # every half hour on the hour.
