Perfect location with free shuttle servicePosted Jul 24, 2015
Pros: Staff at reception and free shuttle and first night free parking. Need to teach shuttle driver some courtesy they ask for tips .
Cons: Need to enhance the AC and change carpets and need to do mosquito spray in rooms.
Location: Excellent location closer to everything, airport, highways and al kinds of restaurants.
This Hotel located at very strategic location closer to 401 and airport and lots of restaurants. Big parking lot with. Option park and fly and free shuttle staff is excellent, they help you loading unloading luggage. They are short staffed at reception and was a big line up at check in, we had to wait about 25 minutes. I had a heart surgery and requested them to accommodate us unloading luggage and they we're very helpful. Our baby got sick the night we stayed and they helped us by giving us some extra time checking out and extended our check out by an hour. Only issue was AC was not too effective and carpet was worn out and washroom looks little older interior but was cleaner. Overall cleanliness was good. Printer did not have any toner and we could not print our boarding passes. I was allergic to the detergent they use in bedding and had rash but overall our stay was enjoyable. I will recommend it to anyone.

Pros: Room comfortable
Location: Niagara Falls
Treated like the I wasn't worth their time. Room was way overpriced and parking fees for self parking was atrocious. No free if I and room did not include breakfast! I am ready to give up my Marriot points!

Nice and Clean Hotel with Swimming pool, JaccuziPosted Jul 16, 2015
Pros: Swimming pool, Jaccuzi as well as Sauna besides cleanliness of the room.
Cons: Shuttle Bus, Shuttle Bus, and Shuttle Bus.
Best Western Plus Toronto Airport Hotel was a nice and clean hotel with swimming pool, Jaccuzi as well as Sauna. For couples and family who enjoy the pool, this is a wonderful place clase to Airport. However, be patient enough if you are using the shuttle bus from Airport and be prepared to call their number when you get to airport anad wait time is of a minimum 40 minutes.

Great value for moneyPosted Jul 12, 2015
Great value for money. Our room was a little tired looking. One of the chairs had torn fabric and there was a square cut out where a section of carpet had been replaced. But the room was clean. The beds were very comfortable. There was no noticeable aircraft noise. The only noise issue was other guests getting in late and then talking loudly in the corridor. All in all it was good value for money and would stay again.

Nice hotel close to the airport.Posted Jul 8, 2015
Pros: How close it was to the airport and that they had a free shuttle to the airport.
Cons: Not a thing.
Location: We were basically there to stay over for our flight the next morning but did go out to dinner to one of our favourite restaurants in Toronto.
We were greeted by friendly front hotel staff and they made suggestions that we can use for future stays. We would especially like to thank Ricky for his assistance upon checkin.

Cons: Upgrades required to infrastructure and comfortable beds required.
Beds are old, weak springs and not comfortable. Very old carpet. No breakfast compared to every other Best Western.

it was allright - nice pool and saunaPosted Jul 3, 2015
Pros: price and shuttle to airport. Pool, sauna
Cons: bathtub drain - drained very slowly, the caulking around toilet should be replaced.
Location: not sure how close to airport, Subway restaurant right at front, 2 gas stations near. It costs $ 34 if one takes taxi from airport. Took free shutle
nice pool and sauna, bathtub drained very slowly. Older furnishing, but very nice bed sheets and towels. In general clean.
