We really enjoyed our stay! Staff was friendly. They let us check out 2 hours late so that was great, worked out with our flight schedule

Good location, and shuttle to airport.

Pros: That you can park your car and the shuttle drops you off at airport.
Cons: the beds were not so comfortable.
Handy if you fly out of Toronto Airport. Leave you car there and the shuttle drops you off at the airport. Very nice.

Cons: Needs an uplift which I believe they are working on
The hotel served the purpose of being near the airport for our early morning flight. The room was a bit grungy but we could see they were in the midst of trying to renovate so went with the flow. I booked through Expedia and paid for it at time of booking. When I checked my credit card looking for some transactions I noticed that even though the guy at the desk said everything was paid for there was a second charge for the hotel night;s stay. I was not too pleased and hopefully the charges have been reversed. Not sure I would book through Expedia again.

Pros: The bed was comfortable.
Cons: The check in time and the pick up at the airport. Also, there isn't a guide menu for the TVs.
When we arrived at the hotel at 2:15 the desk clerk advised us that we couldn't check in until 3:00 p.m. yet another couple arrived after us and they were checked in immediately. Also, when we called for the shuttle to pick us up from the airport, I was put on hold twice and when an operator finally answered the phone, he advised us the shuttle would arrive in 20 minutes. We waited almost an hour for the shuttle to come and get us.

Clean room and comfortable bed good price but not good for a family vacation no complimentary coffee the ac in the room is veryyy loud and you can hear very clearly what the next room guests are saying

This place was not clean and there was to much rrnovations and my water in my shower and my toilet were not workin and my wifi was very unstable overall very bad place. Would never reccomend or stay there again

Hotel that's within driving distance to everything

Brought my fam to Toronto for my sons 3rd birthday. Was happy with how short of a drive it took us to get around leaving this hotel. To the zoo, medieval times, malls, and the old speghetti factory I would say we were withing 30-40 minutes away.

Pros: the privacy i got, bed and Jacuzzi
Cons: Just give more appreciation to residents, and allow a 24/7 use for the facilities.
Location: 3 restaurants in front of the hotel, Subway, Jasmine ( lebanese, middle eastern food), and there is a new one that opened up 2 days ago.
Overall i was satisfied with my stay. I think it is a good option to settle temporarily. I expected the pool and other facilities to be always available for the hotel residents, but they weren't. The hotel staff were kind of disappointing. When i first reached the airport and called the hotel, the receptionist put me on hold for 3 to 4 minutes. i thought he was really busy, but i noticed he did that more than once, so i wasn't happy about that. Also, on my last day (after staying in the hotel for 25 days) the room service kept telling me "please fast, i need to clean and leave". She kept saying this for about 5 times (while i was already packing), which got me angry, and so i call the receptionist to report that issue, and she said i will be charged for an additional 3 hours (SERIOUSLY !!?!? AFTER 25 DAYS OF STAY YOU ARE BEING RUDE ENOUGH TO TELL ME THAT !?!?). This is where i requested to see the manager, and she took that back and disregarded the extra charge. Other than that the room was comfy. However staff need to be more respectful and appreciating. Firas

Hotel under construction- First room smelly of foulness Staff was requested twice in an hour to change my room by phone-and it was done only after I made a trip to the front desk Dinning room not open for evening meal.
