Posted Apr 30, 2015
Pros: Quiet, clean room; food in the lounge was excellent!
Cons: Everything was great
Location: We used the shuttle to get to and from the airport; good, fast service
Clean, pleasant, quiet and well priced: a good choice

Convenient to airport

Posted Apr 28, 2015
Pros: Very nice staff.
Cons: Allergies are a huge part of my life and I found there was an extreme over-use of air fresheners (febreeze??) in the rooms and the hallways.
The hotel is well situated and the shuttle to the airport runs very conveniently - easy to fit schedules. Parking rates are a little high for an outdoor parking lot.

Ity was very disappointing. It was a park and fly . So they said. We got to check in and the lady behind the counter was rude. The restaurant was okay. On our return we where told to call a certain number to be picked u[ at the airport,. once we had claimed our suit cases. We called the number at 4.40 pm. After travelling from 8.00am with two children. We where told they would' not pick us up untill 6.10. That was not acceptable after paying extra at the hotel for this service, We ended up getting a cab which cost us another 60.00 . So the whole stay was terriable. I would not book with expedia aagain or stay at this hotell. The park and fly service is far better.

Nice hotel close to airport

Posted Apr 21, 2015
Pros: We needed an hotel for an overnight stay before leaving for our holiday.
Couldn't ask for anything better. A comfortable room and a comfortable stay to relax before heading out for our holiday. We had a nice supper at the restaurant located at the hotel which was perfect because we didn't want to go far to eat.

Housekeeping

Posted Apr 18, 2015
Bathtub bottom was dirty, although walls and metal taps were very impeachable. I dropped something behind the center bed dresser. It was full of dust and needs to be clean back there regularly. The cleaning staff is so friendly and helpful. Just a little direction to detail. Thank you. My room was great!

Close to airport, dated

There was hair in our bathtub, the temperature was not adjustable, the TV reception of local channels was awful, and the coffee maker didn't work.

Rickety place. Lobby looks nice, but everything else is dingy. I would not use the shower. Good shuttle to airport. Internet service was poor. their hotel system was down when I checked in and checked out. I would not choose this hotel. Many others in the same area.
