Only issue i had was just dumb luck of the draw. the pool and hot tub were down for maintenance/refurbishment. After a long day of travel. I was looking forward to the hot tub.

Airport shuttle fully booked and not convenient. Boise both inside the building and most of the night outside. The front staff I dealt with did not appear to enjoy being there.

Our 21-seater shuttle bus runs 24 hours to and from the airport; It's on a first-come-first-served basis of booking at the time of check-in and specific schedules can get full with the surge of travel. If the available schedule does not work for you, we could offer our special negotiated rate with a cab company. We always would love to offer other available options and We apologize if this did not happen during your stay.

Price was the appeal for this hotel but the wait at the airport is so long waiting for the shuttle. Check in was fine but people at the desk were not friendly. Room was adequate.

It is not often that I do reviews, but I do like to do them when I feel they are necessary. Although my son and I stayed here for only a day, I had no issues or concerns with the stay. It was a nice quiet hotel. Front desk was, nice and very accommodating. We had the pools to ourselves, which was also a good thing. It was nice to know. They also offered free parking! I did notice they had a restaurant, however, we did not eat there. Overall, no complaints. The hotel room seemed clean and I did not have any trouble with my stay

We stayed at three different Toronto airport hotels during an extended winter holiday flying through Toronto. This hotel stood out as the best of all three. Large welcoming reception with very nice staff. Large hallways leading to larger than usual rooms. Everything was very clean. But the pool was what really impressed. Very clean pool area and it wasn’t terrible like most indoor pools. This hotel is going to be on my favourites list for the next time I have an overnight layover.

Was clean and had subway across road. Shuttle bus was extremely convenient. Although thick curtains dldnt close in room there was an inner curtain. Only spent 7 hrs in this hotel as was a layover. Would stay here again.

I checked in with a short lady who was rude, unfriendly and not welcoming. When I approached the counter I smiled and said hello and the agent (short lady in her fifties maybe) gave a curt "yes" without looking up. I advised that we were checking in. The entire interaction was cold and unfriendly, finally she asked if I had a car, and I said yes, she said "Where are you going to park it after today?" I booked the "Best Western AIRPORT Hotel" with free parking and AIRPORT shuttle for a reason. She said that they were overbooked during March break and because I had booked through expedia, I was not able to leave my car at the hotel more than one night???? WHAT! Anyway, I got the kids settled in to the room and then went back to speak to the manager about the check in experience and misleading booking information. She said that most people sho stay have to pay for parking, so I offered to pay for parking if it was not included and finally she agreed that I could leave my car and we were then offered shuttle information. The attitude of the first agent set the tone and I will never stay at this hotel again, even though the manager rectified the issues.
