Nice hotel in the Yonge and Eglinton AreaPosted Jul 16, 2015
Location: Yonge and Eglinton is considered mid-town Toronto and there are many restaurants, shops and bars within walking distance.
It's not a new hotel by any means, but it's clean, the staff were friendly and the bed and shower were great. The complimentary breakfast is a buffet, but the wait staff show you to your table, pour coffee and juice and direct you to the buffet. The hot breakfast consisted of scrambled eggs, hash brown potatoes, sausage and french toast and there were the usual assortments of cereals, pastries, fruit and yogurt available. There is manditory valet parking, at a cost of $16.00. Our only negative was that the valet seemed a bit overworked when we picked up our car. In fairness, though, it was pouring rain and a bunch of us showed up at once. He did well given the circumstances.

Great valuePosted Jul 14, 2015
Pros: We liked the location and value of this hotel.
Cons: Updating of furniture and toilet could be improved
Location: Really good location for eating and public transportation bot not much shopping except for drug stores and groceries.
Our room was large and clean. Staff was always helpful and courteous. However, some of the furniture needs replacing and the toilet was unstable. But all in all, we felt it was a great value especially since a daily breakfast was included. We will likely stay again on our next trip to Toronto.

Another trustworthy Best Western hotelPosted Jul 13, 2015
Pros: Location and staff service
Cons: The halls could use some painting and new lighting.
Location: The Granite Brewery and Restaurant
My wife and I stayed at the Best Western Roehampton one night over the past weekend. The hotel was a bit older and showed its age but was comfortable and convenient. We stayed in a kingside bed room suite and it was roomy and had all of the conveniences needed. Breakfast in the morning included. It's close to a great brew pub and restaurant called the Granite Brewery which is highly recommended. All in all a good choice.

Great location for our visitsPosted Jun 27, 2015
Pros: Valet parking system worked well. Breakfast was terrific. Comfortable quiet room for a good night's rest.
Cons: Just fine as is.
Location: Nice restaurants nearby, and buses right at the corner to connect to subway.
Very good comfortable hotel close to good transportation, and conveniently located short distances from friends we were visiting and functions we attended. Great service at their excellent breakfast, and efficient valet parking.

Good value for the areaPosted Jun 23, 2015
Pros: Location, price and it was in decent shape. Included breakfast was pretty good too!
Cons: Nothing I can think of. It's not Trump Tower but a very nice hotel if you are staying a day or two.
Had a good time, nothing bad to report. Stayed with the family for a Wedding in the area.

Nice hotel, good locationPosted Jun 16, 2015
We stayed three nights here. It was a straight bus trip to the Ontario Science Centre, and after about a ten minute walk a straight subway trip down to Union Station. (no transfers) Breakfast was very nice, great food and wait service. Hotel staff was nice in answering questions. Some commented that the place needs updated, we thought it was very nice, I really can't think of what could be updated. Pool was outside and a bit cold, just because of the weather. Would recommend.

It's a health hazard in good locationPosted Jun 14, 2015
Moldy windows you can't see the beautiful view out of. Old mattress would rather sleep on floor but not sure if it was clean. Front desk was rude and when I wanted to work out they said equipment wasn't safe. Parking was full had to park down road in parkade. Would have been refunded my room but made reservation through Expedia so no refund...
