Great Prices for Downtown Toronto

Location is pretty good. You really can't beat the price for what you get. Would stay here again.

Decent place

Stayed here for my wife's surgery at St Mikes. It was close to the hospital and Eatons centre. It was clean and suited our needs.

Bond Place Hotel-Great location

Posted Jul 18, 2014
Great location-only 1 block from Eaton Centre and Yonge-Dundas Square. Nestled at the end of the block, but quick and easy walk to lots of restaurant, bars, subway station, cafés and shops. The hotel has a flat screen tv, shampoos, hair dryer and very comfortable beds with white crisp duvets. Price is excellent. Concierge and front staff are friendly & helpful. Airport shuttle bus stops directly in front of Bond Place Hotel. I highly recommend this hotel.

July 2014 Stay at the Bond Place Hotel

Posted Jul 15, 2014
Pros: Compact rooms for a very good price in a GREAT location
Cons: The very fancy 'modern shower' allowed a lot of water to spill outside the shower. I put bath towels down and they would get completely soaked.
Location: The location couldnt of been better. It was right around the corner from shops, restaurants and only 1 block to the subway.
Great rooms at a great price. Small rooms but entirely fine and lovely for one person. Very glad to have a fridge and coffee maker as well as decent closet space, an iron and ironing board and hair dryer.

Room was clean and in a great location. I felt like I was in an ikea floor model. There were no secerets.....the bathroom door slid shut with a large gap between the door and wall. You could hear everything. The room was VERY small.

Conviniently located hotel

Cons: just take that IKEA lamp
I got a room with two twin beds. The room was small and the IKEA lamp was a turn off and there were no sofa or chair in the room. The walls are completely empty of any art work or picture. For the money I think it well worth it though.

Great value and does the job.

Pros: price, location, cleanliness, friendliness
Cons: Everyone uses wifi so it really should just be part of the room fee.
Location: ramen place.
I stayed in June for 6 nights for World Pride. The good: Location is excellent for downtown, the price is significantly cheaper than other downtown hotels (I visited friends in the Hoilday Inn and it wasn't that much better for the much higher price they paid), rooms are clean and have functional modern décor, friendly and welcoming staff The (not so) bad: Noise can travel from nearby rooms, the toilets flush loudly due to a water saving technology they use (more of problem if you have a sleeping partner), the wifi is not free under a normal booking but is free if you book a 'business room', which I did. It didn't seem any different from a normal room apart from that. I didn't drive so I can't comment on the parking situation. I would definitely stay again.

Nice hotel, good location!

Posted Jul 13, 2014
Pros: I liked the room, it was very clean, new and comfortable.
Cons: I think the ice machine could be far away from the rooms, because I could hear some noises during the night coming from people talking and taking ice.
Location: There several things to do close to the hotel, there are a big mall where you can go for shopping and restaurants around the area.
My family come from Brazil to visit me in Canada, and we decided to stay 4 days in Toronto. We stayed at Bond Place hotel because it was very close by to the subway and the Eaton Center. We were very happy to stay there, the hotel is very clean and it is easy to go to any part of the city from there. I highly recommend to stay in Bond Place hotel for vacation or business.

Nice and close to everything

Room was a bit weird but clean and comfortable. The slider bathroom door was not very private and hard to operate. The restaurant was overpriced for quality of food. Hotel staff was very nice

Good location

Posted Jul 9, 2014
This hotel has a good location and the rooms are nice. The halls really need upgrading though ... especially in the heat. There was a fire alarm that went off at 7am ... I'm going to chalk that up to chance. But then the elevators were locked more than an hour after the incident and we had to walk up 13 flights of stairs. The restaurant in the hotel is okay - more cafeteria like - but fresh juices are great. There is no room service. It's quite expensive for what you get but the location can't be beat and the actually room was lovely.
