Dirty and gross

Posted May 25, 2015
We checked in at 3:30pm and were given the room directly across from the only staircase in a building with no elevator. We asked to be relocated to a quieter room and were told that all room were booked and reserved despite the earliness of our arrival. Surely all guests had not already arrived! In addition, the room a huge disappointment. The door, when closed and locked, still had a large crack where light from the hallway came through! Although the rooom was relatively inexpensive it is not unreasonable to expect a certain level of cleanliness. The carpet had not been vacuumed as there was debris on it. The bed frame supporting the mattress was cracked and caving-in in one corner. The bathtub had some kind of blood-coloured goo on it. I felt dirty in this room. Thankfully it was only for one night.

Transportation

Posted May 25, 2015
Cons: Shuttle - as a group we were involved at an event near the Airport at the Toronto Congress Center. This should be an included destination.
The hotel was nice however our group could not easy manage our scheduled events at the Toronto Congress Center. Transit was not easily managable (two different transit systems), taxis too expensive and shuttle would only take us to the Airport, and not locations close to the airport. As many hotels were booked on this weekend we needed this transportation to be flexible to our needs. I did not feel our request for shuttle to and from the congress centre was unreasonable and we would have be gladly provided fee for this service.

I definetly come back!!!

Posted May 19, 2015
The staff at the desk was so friendry and kind enough :) I actually needed to go back to the front desk, because my room key didn't work for twice... But, the room was totaly steady, clean and quiet. You can find Mexican and other restaurants and Tim Horton nearby hotel. I would definetly come back here when I go back to Japan.

Pros: The staff is friendly. the continental breakfast was ok.
Cons: Please pay more attention to the details and the housekeeping
I guess for the price we paid, it was ok. The room clean but the towels from previous guest is still hanging from the bathroom door.

Convenient for the Mississauag Marathon race start

Posted May 4, 2015
Pros: Just your basic, no-frills hotel, inexpensive.
Cons: Cleanliness, bathroom needs renovating. I felt that the check in counter staff were insensitive, making inappropriate comments as to name.
It's a asic room, relatively quiet and confortable.

One quiet long weekend

Posted Apr 17, 2015
Pros: Close to many different restaurants.
Cons: House keeping were rude and should not be on their phones making personal calls during the morning while working and while people are still sleeping.
Location: Lots of food options, walking distance if you're really hungry!
When I arrived, there was a large group of teens who appeared to be in a choir and they were standing and singing in the lobby. The noise level was beyond loud and disrespectful to others as they were taking up a lot of space. In the room itself, the bed included 3 pillows which I thought was odd. There were no perks to this room, which was ok because I just needed a place to sleep but I'm glad there was a lot of options in regards to restaurants close by the hotel. I had put the Do Not Disturb sign on the door knob at night and the housekeeper knocked and proceeded to come in the room, luckily I had the dead bolt on as I was still sleeping. I called the front desk to confirm that I had a late check-out of 1 pm and to ask the house keeping to not disturb again. The house keeper was cleaning the other rooms and she was on her phone talking about her personal life. As soon as I walked out of my room to check out, the house keeper dashed into my room.
