The hotel was very nice, clean, big lobby, friendly staff. Our room was very clean and the bed was very comfy. View from our room (12th floor) was just great. Our overall stay in this property was a good experience.

Area around the hotel was unkept and there was a purse and personal belongings outside the doors. Check in was late. Charge $14 to park.

Didn't like some of the staff but the manager was good. The room was average but the time we stayed it was extremely noisy because of there being kids hockey teams staying their for the weekend.

I don’t care for the parking charge overnight. I often meet my boyfriend there with two cars and feels like a cash grab.

Spacious, clean hotel rooms and the hotel itself is stunning. Great option for couples as there is dining inside as well as for families with a swimming pool and slide. Will book here again!

I returned to my room in midnight and found no hot water for shower. Their technician came very fast to fix and eventually we have to change the room. The technician was very nice, he checked the hot water runs ok in the new room before we made the room change.
