“No way to book this hotel again”

Rooms were dirty and the cleaning crew had left their cleaning rugs in the bathroom. I have stayed at much better hotels in the GTA for less premium. Low value for your money. Truly dissatisfied !

“Great Time”

The hotel was very nice, good location. After a first initial glitch with an air conditioner the staff very quickly moved us to another room and everything was great from then on. It was clean, quiet and had everything we needed or wanted.

Getting around

Be sure to take a GPS as the roads in Toronto are extremely confusing.

“Great staff”

Stayed for over a week. There was a problem in the bathroom so they upgraded me to another room. Staff is great and the surrounding area has good places to eat.

“What I expected”

This hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. The bathroom was a little old but, again, clean. The breakfast buffet was a let down and overpriced. It was convenient that the hotel had an airport shuttle as I have stayed at other hotels nearby which do not have a shuttle. There are only a few chain type restaurants in walking distance.

“Poor shuttle service.”

The Airport Shuttle didn't show. They told me at check-in I had to call from the airport, but that wasn't stated on the Expedia site or the hotel site or my booking details. It's an "airport" hotel and they advertise shuttle service. All the other hotel shuttles were revolving constantly but not this one. The phone number I called was linked to a national reservation system, and that left me on hold a long time (not viable for cell phone). The room was fine, and the check-in clerk gave me a voucher for a very good breakfast. At check-out the shuttle was said to be running on the half hour, but there was uncertainty about the next departure, so I just had to sit in the lobby to be sure I captured a ride.

“As advertised, no surprises, great stay!”

This hotel was true to its word. Everything one read and saw on the webpage was exactly what we received. The staff at front desk were amazing, extremly helpfull. We encounted a couple maintainence issues which were dealt with immediately. Housekeepers were also very friendly and accomodating. Bathroom could do with a little updating but nothing to complain about. On check-in it would have been nice if we had someone to help with luggage which was my only issue. Generally we felt like the staff really cared and that made our stay extremely pleasant.

“Not Impressed”

The rooms to the hotel were rather small, with the handicap room barely ample room for a person in a wheel chair to maneauver. Also, hotel guests are already paying for their overnight stay and should receive either a discount on parking or parking should be included in the price. Other hotels within the vicinity include free parking to guests.

Area recommendations

The Mississauga area is a good area for persons who wish to stay relatively near to the Toronto aiport.

“Friendly Hotel”

The staff was friendly and efficient; food was reasonable. Room service ends at 10 pm---a problem for international travellers. Although it claims to be an "airport hotel" it was not with the other hotels clustered around the airport but was a ten minute drive away---C$33 by taxi if you can't locate the shuttle (or don't want to wait for it). If you are looking for an airport hotel that does not require sitting in traffic in Toronto, this is not it.

“Disappointed”

We went to Toronto for business as well as a family vacation. Upon arrival we were greeted by the front desk but noticed that the gentleman only acknowledged my husband. We went to brush our teeth and noticed that the water that came out was milky. Very Scary!!! The next day went to go and take a shower and the spout where the water comes out actually came off and water went shooting across the room. They sent someone fairly quickly up to fix it. The restaurant is slow and the food is not worth the money. Make sure to go into Toronto for a meal to find something worth the dollar. That night the fire alarm went off and woke up everyone in the hotel including our 2 year old. To make a long story short our visit was unsatisfactory and we would never go back. At the end of the trip the gentleman at the front did comp our incidentals but we hope to save others the expense of staying here. Go into Toronto for a better hotel!

Area recommendations

We would recommend going downtown into Toronto for food and great dining. Lots of nightlife and the Science Museum was lots of fun for our little one.
