Beautiful hotel with wonderful staff!

Posted Oct 16, 2014
Cons: The size of the beds could be queens instead of doubles just for a bit more comfort, however, when I booked they let me know it would be two doubles.
Location: We only went to the an arm wrestling competition so I am unable to comment on this.
This hotel was recommended to me as a great place to stay. My husband, daughter and I were all more than impressed with the hotel, staff and the over all helpfulness with checking in, getting taxis etc. I would recommend this establishment to any of my friends.

overall stay was pleasurable

Posted Oct 12, 2014
Pros: The rooms were comfortable and always clean, the staff were excellent friendly and courteous and the convention rooms were very good.
My stay was good, the restaurants were a little overpriced for the quality, the lunch buffet was the same meal two days in row. The breakfast buffet was terribly overpriced and the quality was poor. I think a large hotel chain such as the Delta could do much better. The elevators were not always working and one was out of service the entire five days I was there.

A Hotel for Families & Individual Travelers

Posted Oct 8, 2014
Pros: Its proximity to my mom's address.
The hotel staff is friendly, accomodating without question. The room is clean, classy despite its vintage 80's style and look. Whatever noise along the corridor and elevator lobby is kept to the minimum. Although we only stayed for two nights, this is the ideal place for our purpose. We definitely will return the next time we visit Toronto.

Nice hotel, centrally located

Posted Oct 5, 2014
Pros: Meeting facilities were clean and comfortable and far enough away that the noise did not disturb others guests.
Cons: The tables had 10 people seated at them for dinner. Wee found this crowded 8 per table would have been comfortable.
Location: Shopping at Scarburough Town Centre
Well treated by staff All queries were answered politely and promptly with a smile.

Pros: POOL
Cons: Paint peeling in bathroom, I know its small but, aesthetics is alot
Location: Where do I start?! Toronto is HUGE! So many things have changed, can't say where do you want to eat? Shopping?! HOLEEEEEEEEEEEEEY....wish I had more $
It was a great way to relax and spend time with family in Toronto, best part, POOL! GYM! and the great staff that looked after us. When I come back again I will definitely stay again and bring friends. Thanks for everything. Have a Great Day!

Great Stay at Delta Toronto East

Posted Sep 2, 2014
We stayed at the hotel for two nights and really enjoyed our stay. We were close enough to all our destinations without being in the middle of downtown. The hotel had a great pool that my children 2 and 4 really enjoyed swimming in with a nice slide. The hotel has restaurants that were a bit pricey for an adult meal alone, but since my children ate free made it worth the while. Overall we did really enjoy our stay and the price of $150 a night was worth it!

Exterior and restaurants look much newer than interior of rooms. In door pool is beautiful and and fun. We were looking for a hotel close to relatives and this was great! Not too far from downtown Toronto. dDown pillows and bedding extremely comfortable.u

Great stay!

Posted Sep 1, 2014
Pros: Everything, EXCEPT having to pay a daily rate for parking, despite the fact that the hotel had its own private car park.
Cons: Complimentary parking for guests
Location: On the outskirts of city, public transport easy for the 30 minute travel downtown
This was a great option price wise, on the edge of Toronto without having to pay expensive city hotel rates. It was ways to get downtown, using bus and subway. Staff were very helpful with directions and advice. Transport very reasonably priced It's a beautiful hotel, with everything you could want.
