Comfortable StayPosted Apr 10, 2015
Cons: Our room has no clock or clock radio. Security could be better: minor hockey tournament created excessive hallway noise.
The stay was nice. The lounge has good food and drink and open convenient hours.

Great stayPosted Apr 2, 2015
Hotel was nice, right next to entry/exit to expressway. Shopping plaza with groceries about a minute away and a lot more nearby. Staff was awesome, answered all our questions and found us discounts to the science centre. Pool is big, kids loved it. Slide is heavily advertised on their website but is only open on weekends. We got lucky that there was a birthday party going on so it was open for a while on Sunday afternoon. One of the staff also opened it for the kids for about 15 minutes on a Monday when there was a handful of them swimming which was unexpected and much appreciated. Little things like that will keep people coming back. The pics of the hotel all have large towers in the background but those are just nearby condos not part of the hotel. The hotel has a 3 story portion and also the tower which is 13 stories. There's really nothing to see scenery wise so don't waste a ton of $ on a higher floor hoping to see downtown. The breakfast buffet was pretty good with made to order omelettes but it was $70 for 2 adults and 2 kids. For some reason the price didn't include tea or coffee but juice and milk were included. Would it kill you to include coffee and tea for that $ ? Overall it was very clean but there are a few minor signs of wear and tear. Nothing you won't find in any hotel and nothing that should make you stay somewhere else. Housekeeping staff was great, remembered that we needed towels for 4 and always respected the do not disturb sign. We will be returning.

Great for families with young kidsPosted Mar 24, 2015
My family and I had an overnight stay as a treat for our 5 & 7 year olds. There is a shallow pool with a froggie slide for the young ones. This area is adjacent to the larger swimming area. There is a larger water slide for those taller than 48 inches. It was quite fun, our 7 year old spent a lot of time there and the wait varied from none to 5 min.. Mom and dad even took a few slides. The facilities are looking a bit rough around the edges, certainly not shabby, but not pristine which didn't bother us; let's face it, pristine doesn't last long with a 5 year old and 7 year old! We ordered a pizza to our room for dinner. The cost was very reasonable and it fed the four of us. We checked out the next day and put a change of clothes in the change room locker (you provide your own lock) and swam for a few more hours. All in all it was a nice, enjoyable break.

Nice enough hotel, close to 401Posted Mar 23, 2015
The hotel looks great and very appealing. My fam had a great time! Front desk staff and pool staff were great. Pool is fun. (Although super busy cause it was March break). I think we would have really loved it, if we didn't have to eat there. Room service was fine, but dinner and breakfast buffets where very expensive and the little things start to add up, stale buns, empty trays take a long time to be refilled, coffee and tea cost extra per cup, soggy French toast, dried out pizza crusts that my kids couldn't bite thru. Went to the pub/restaurant and they lost our food order, then brought out wrong order, it finally came soggy and maybe re-heated? Anyhow, we would go again but I would avoid the restaurant. There are lots of places nearby to eat.

Great for familiesPosted Mar 19, 2015
Pros: The staff were very pleasant and accomodating. The location and rate were great as well.
Cons: Free parking. I find it odd to be charged parking in a suburban hotel. Why else would you park there?
Location: It is outside metro Toronto so it it makes for a cost effective jumping off point to see the sights.
My son and I stayed one night. It is a great hotel for kids and has a wonderful pool and slide. The pool and lobby area were very noisy and busy the whole time we were there but the rooms were very quiet. Our room was clean and comfortable. We did not eat at the restaurant this time but have in the past and enjoyed it.

Spring break at DeltaPosted Mar 16, 2015
We stayed for 2 nights iver wknd here and main purpose was to enjoy indoor water slide fir the kids.No doubt it was a fun but with a bit of water temp being low and shirtage of towels as well. The room cleanliness was just average.seems they do not care to vacume under beds and table. Despite being in an open place, they welcome parking fee .

Location: loin du centre, il faut se taper le trafique de l autoroute à chaque fois
service impersonnel, chambre froide, chauffage brouillant, glissade de la piscine ne fonctionne que le week end, jacuzzi salle et très peu de bulles.

I found that some of the carpeted areas needed replacing. (Room, pool area stairs) All hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cleaning staff is rudePosted Feb 19, 2015
The hotel cleaning staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. Was not happy. The room wasn't very clean and quite dusty.
