Excellent location downtown

Posted Dec 9, 2014
Pros: Great location, easy to find, and the room was clean and comfortable. Excellent value at a great price.
Location: Downtown, next to City Hall and Nathan Phillip Square, and close to the art gallery, the University and the Eaton Centre.
Went to Toronto for the weekend, had a great time, and saw a few exhibits at AGO.

Will be booking here again. Booked the Marriott on Yonge the week after and it doesn't even compare.

No valet, no gift shop even though the desk brochure said there was one, movie rental did not work, Night staff was very nice, Day staff woman was quite rude - overall not a great experience for the Hilton name

Nice, helpful, and love those cookies!

Posted Dec 4, 2014
Pros: The staff was most knowledgeable and helpful.
Cons: We did not use any of the other facilities, such as bar/restaurant, office center, or parking.
Location: The location is quite good...a little walk to the closest metro station. It is close to the Eaton Centre as well as some the entertainment venues.
My friends and I enjoyed our short stay at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They didn't mind if I had an extra chocolate chip cookie. The room was comfortable and clean, and the hotel is in a good location. Sadly, we did not get a great view as I had hoped.

Hôtel d'affaires central à Toronto

Posted Dec 3, 2014

Great location. OK hotel.

Posted Dec 1, 2014
Pros: Location, location, location!
Cons: The restaurant is not good enough for the prices they charge. I'd go elsewhere for breakfast next time. Rooms are tiny.
Location: Right next to the Greyhound stations, the Eaton Centre, Young St, Nathan Phillips Square, and easy transit.
We were able to walk pretty much everywhere we wanted to go from this hotel. The room was nothing special - small, no mini fridge, awkward closet space. The staff on check-in were great, but we almost missed our train checking out, despite the fact that there were a number of staff members chatting with one another behind the front desk. The restaurant was ok, but incredibly over-priced for what was offered. If you want a decent hotel in a fantastic location, this is the one for you. If you plan to spend most of your time in the hotel, I'd go elsewhere. Avoid the restaurant on the main floor.
