ダウンタウンに近く便利である。Posted Apr 16, 2015

Great for business and pleasure.Posted Apr 16, 2015
Pros: The room was great. King size bed, housekeeping took great care of the rooms. Great location close to transit that took us anywhere we needed to go.
Cons: If the hotel was right on the doorstep of transit, would be even better, but it is a couple of blocks.
Location: Eaton Centre, Madison Square Gardens, Sporting events, Musicals, Art and Cultural Events.
We really enjoyed this trip and this hotel. 18 years it had been since we were in Toronto and stayed for 5 nights at this hotel. Our room was comfortable and well attended. We (2 adults) enjoyed the bar, the upper floor adult only pool and hot tub, and the room. We were glad we upgraded to a better room as a relative had come to visit for one night, and stayed in a double room, which was quite a bit smaller than ours. We had a King size bed and a good desk area for working. Our stay was both business and pleasure. The wifi worked perfectly, and it was in a good location to get to anywhere we wanted to go via TTC.

Would stay againPosted Apr 14, 2015
Pros: What I liked about the hotel was the easy of checking-in and parking come and go as you please.
Cons: The rooms should be upgraded because the from entrance is beautiful and it's deceiving when you expect the rooms to have that same look
Location: Everything is in walking distance and its easy to find.
For the hotel being 22+ years old it's still a decent hotel to stay at. The staff were friendly, information was available for restaurants, rental places etc.

The hotel seemed out-dated. Elevators were out of order as well as water station in adult pool area. The pool and hot tub were also out-dated. The hot tub looked as though it hadn't been cleaned for a while. The room was ok - nothing special. We had a king size bed that was squeaky though and the bathroom seemed small. As well, the shower head didn't work too well.

NO COMFORTABLE WITH PRICINGPosted Apr 13, 2015
Cons: BE FLEXIBLE WITH CUSTOMER REQUIRMENTS
I RENT 2 ROOMS FOR 3 OF US, THEY GAVE US TWO ROOMS WITH ONE BAD EACH, BEFORE ARRIVING I CALLED THE HOTEL SPOKE WITH SOMEONE AND HE STATED THAT SHOULD NOT BE A PROBLEM, WHEN WE ARRIVE TO THE HOTEL, I WAS TOLD TA I NEEDED TO PAY 10 DOLLARS EXTRA PER EACH DAY IF I WANTED DOUBLE BED IN ONE OF THE ROOMS. THIS WAS A VERY DISAPOINTING SITUATION.

We all came from different cities to spend a nice evening together. My aunt got to her room it had no heat, she still took a shower even though she was frozen to get ready for our busy fun weekend. She called front desk to let them know they said the heat would be fixed by the time she would return that it was just the broiler. When we came home it was 3am in the night we had a little to drink and we were tired. The room was still frozen and when we told staff they took an hour to get her a new room plus we had to repack all her scattered items a 4am. The worse of it they never offered anything for ruining her stay. The next morning we had breakfast in the hotel restaurant/cafeteria and found two hairs in my best friends breakfast and when we asked for a new meal the lady at the cash was We all came from different cities to spend a nice evening together. Convenient, large hotel.Posted Apr 12, 2015
Pros: Good location and rooms on high floors give you a good view of the city.
Cons: Frequently there were large queues for checking in and out and a bit of patience is needed when waiting for the lift, particularly in the morning.
Location: Short walk to main shopping areas and some excellent restaurants just opposite the hotel.
I stayed in the Eaton Chelsea during a trip to Toronto and it was, overall, a pleasant place to stay, located well in the city to be able to access all tourist sights either on foot or nearby subway station. I really liked the "Market Garden" canteen-style restaurant which offered food and breakfast at very reasonable prices unlike many other hotels which over-charge for food.
