“Great Hotel”

Really enjoyed my stay at the Four Points. Service at the front desk was flawless and the rooms were exceptionally clean. I liked working on the business class desk. Gave me plenty of room to do my work. I would highly recommend this hotel to any business or leisure traveler as it has an great view of Lake Ontario.

Next time I am visiting downtown Toronto, this is where I will stay. The staff was great, the room was modern and comfortable, great ambiance throughout the hotel. Very central to everything I needed to get to as well. Ask for room facing the Lakeside, you will enjoy the view from your balcony in the evening.

The hotel room was absolutely beautiful. The staff was great and very accomodating and made sure to give me everything I needed. I plan on going back soon just to stay for a relaxing few days and to walk along the lake when the weather is nice!

“Very good midrange hotel”

All the basic necessities of a hotel rolled into a compact and afforable package. It was very clean, well decorated, and the rooms were very comfortable. It was also a quick tram ride from downtown Toronto. Recommended!

“Toronto on Business”

The hotel accommodations were good. The beds were very comfortable and the staff was excellent. They were very attentive and met all of our needs from planning a city tour, serving tea at the bar and even providing a robe for me since the airline had delayed my baggage. The hotel is not located in the downtown area but it is one block away from the trolley stop. The hotel faces the lake and is across the street from a park, very beautiful.

“Excellent value and great base for enjoying the GTA”

For the price this hotel was an excellent experience. Rooms were large and very comfortable, although make sure you are placed in a lakeshore view room if they are available as the freeway runs directly outside the windows of the north facing rooms. Views of the lakeshore and downtown were good from our balcony and the proximity to High Park and the excellent TTC transport service were the best attributes of this hotel. Facilities were limited although the gym, whilst small, was very well equiped. Sauna and steam room were great although the spa pool was not working properly. We didn't eat in the restaurant for dinner as the choice and quality on offer down town was exceptional but the menu looked good. Breakfast was excellent, I highly recommend the waffles, bacon and maple syrup. The breakfast service was nice and friendly. A great choice even for a two week visit.

“Hotel by the lake”

Older hotel with good service, Restaurant / bar food ok & service was very good. Even though its sandwiched between the QEW and Lakeshore blvd the room was very quiet, bathroom was ok but could do with some up dating. Staff very friendly and accommodating.
