This is the "new" Four Seasons in Toronto. It's one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in my life. Great staff.

A Place for Refreshing!Posted Jan 18, 2012
I arrived in Toronto having taken a 7:00am flight from Chicago after flying fron San Diego the night before. The compassion and grace of the reception staff was therapeutic for an exhausted soul. I was upgraded to a Queen suite and received "royal" treatment my entire weekend. I will insist on staying at the Toronto Four Seasons whenever I travel to the city!

Four Seasons - always the best!Posted Jan 2, 2012
Pros: Sunday brunch at the Avenue, location, quality of room and great staff
Location: Location is great - in the heart of Yorkville, convenient to shopping on Bloor and great restaurants in the neighbourhood.
We went for a short (2 night) New Year's Eve weekend stay and was very happy with this hotel. Staff was very attentive, room was great and fitness facilities were excellent. I highly recommend that all guests have Sunday brunch at the Avenue. I'm looking forward to another stay at the Four Seasons Toronto.

Four Seasons TorontoPosted Sep 6, 2011 on Hotels.com
I love the Four Seasons Toronto. Yes, it is older and no they are not spending money upgrading as they are launching their new hotel in 2012. That being said they have adjusted their rates to reflect that. The service is great, The Studio Cafe is still fantastic and love the pool. Hazelton Lanes across is 70% more and is not worth the money. Cannot wait until they launch their new site.

A perfect experience! Great staff, wonderful location central to restaurants, shops and cinemas. Complimentary upgrade for our first stay there was a good surprise. In 2012 they are moving to their brand new building, just a few blocks away.

Did not make u room till 5:00PM that day. We came back to room after long day out wanting to lie down before dinner and had to stay out of room for another 45 mins. (Went to bar , spent another 35.00 on drinks) Brought to attn: of hotel Mgr. Resolution: got free parking, though it was not anywhere near enough for the major inconvenience... The mgr. could see that I was not thrilled with resoloution , did nothing. also , Drain in sink not working properly and remote control for TV not working at all. Brought these things to attn. of staff and they got fixed for following day, but should not have to have reported these things at a Four Seasons property. They should be checked when room is cleaned. Was definitely not a regular Four Seasons experience. Will never go back , and we have stayed may times in the past... I have filled these out in past, and never heard any response from hotels. com, Why? INcentive low to take time to fill these out, when we get no feedback...
