Excellent in Every Way!

Cons: Maybe the pet policy? Only ONE small dog???
Location: Yorkville Ave in front of Hotel – boutiques and cafes galore and celebrities too!
Both restaurants were supreme, the spa and pool were deluxe and the in-hotel shopping was superb...we are residents of Toronto and can highly recommend the Four Seasons Toronto!

Pros: nice new rooms.
Cons: Concierge service, bad dinner recommendation.
Location: Lots of High end shopping, restaurants
room was under the gym so it was an early wake up call on Saturday morning, so much for sleeping in.

urban hotel

Posted Nov 5, 2013
Pros: new modern bathrooms a definite plus. the concierge and front staff extremely helpful.
Cons: hotel has no signs visible from a distance. access for cars and taxi's almost blocked off due to construction in streets.
Location: location in the Yorkville area gives great access to shopping and eating places. rom museum and shoe museum are short walks.
hard to locate because of unfinished construction. staff was very eager to please. Yorkville comparable to Madison ave.

Amazing hotel

Posted Sep 1, 2013
Pros: Everything.
Location: Very central, near to all the shops, museum, lots of restaurants
Absolutely beautiful from the common areas to the bedroom. The bathroom was so wonderful I wanted to transplant it to my home. (I'm stealing some ideas for my bathroom reno!). There's even a TV in the bathroom. A mini I pad is in the room - very useful. The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. We ate breakfast one day and it was delicious. The gym facilities are excellent, clean, bright and amazing equipment.

Great hotel in upscale Yorkville

Posted Aug 20, 2013
Pros: THE SPA!!!!! Ask for Yung for the massage. She knows her anatomy really well and this is hands down the best massage I ever had. Also the concierge!
Location: Yorkville is really uptown by bus on Bay Street. It's a quieter area and pricey, but it's such a nice spot to stay in the city.
Upon arriving in the dark after desperately trying to navigate through Toronto's ever under construction streets, the valet warmly greeted me and made sure I got into my room and then down to the restaurant in one piece. The room was fabulous and the view of the city was just wonderful, especially at night. I loved the concierge ladies! They made sure I got to my destinations and their suggestions were spot on. I loved staying in Yorkville away from the downtown. The streets are safe and the shops are fun for window shopping. The bus routes parallel the subway, so traveling is so easy. I was happy to see how friendly the people were, and the general public drives with courtesy here. Toronto is simply a great place to visit. I went for Penguins day at the Hockey Hall Of Fame, but all the sites were interesting. Also the city is clean and the tour guide said the city really wants to win the Olympics Bid. That accounts for all the construction.
