This hotel has convenient access to the subway.Posted Aug 29, 2014
Pros: Wonderful and helpful staff. Free hot breakfast and wireless internet. Great value.
Location: Not sure of any attractions nearby but the subway to downtown Toronto was a short drive away.
In addition to its location close to the subway, it does not charge for car parking while the hotels in downtown Toronto charge a lot. The room rates include a very nice (and filling) free hot breakfast. The bed was comfortable and the hotel was quiet. The entire staff was pleasant and friendly. The daytime manager, Robin, was especially friendly and gave us some tips on transportation as well as places to visit. My wife and I recommend this hotel and will stay there on our next visit to Toronto.

Not bad for a airport hotelPosted Aug 18, 2014
We had a room facing the golf course and the neighbourhood was quiet. The room was clean and fresh and the beds were comfortable. The only downside was there was no restaurant on site or nearby (family).

Convenient for airport and close to QEWPosted Aug 17, 2014
Pros: Easy to find and convenient especially with so many roadworks in and around Toronto and easy to find coming up from Niagara Falls.
Cons: We were surprised how quickly they closed off the breakfast dead on 10am not allowing you in to pick up anything else including juice or butter.
Location: Not much nearby need to either drive or take subway located 20 mins away by car.
Clean pleasant hotel some staff more helpful than others, plenty of parking, although near airport reasonably quiet. Breakfast room fills up very quickly after hovering for a space for several minutes we were shown to the conference room. With 3 small children we had to take it in turns to go back and forth to the breakfast area which closes promptly at 10am.

Excellent Hotel Best Sleep in WeeksPosted Aug 13, 2014
Pros: Freindly and professional reception staff, fantastic breakfast with variety of foods. Best beds, linens an pillows, my kids didn't want to leave.Clean
Cons: The only thing i could complain about was that the TV had a bad picture but we didn't watch it anyhow.
Location: Lots of restaurants in the vicinity, close to Toronto airport.
Stayed here on our final night of a nineteen day vacation. It was the cleanest, most comfortable hotel we stayed at. Freindly and professional reception staff were helpful in directing us to nearby restaurants. Best beds, linens and pillows, my kids didn't want to leave the beds. Large bathroom that was spotless! Wi-fi was free and had a stable connection.

Dirty SheetsPosted Aug 12, 2014
Pros: Location only.
Cons: Train the housekeepers and expand the breakfast area.
Imagine my surprise when I removed the Hampton card from the bed (assuring me of the clean bed coverings), pulled back the covers and found numerous black specks (looked like dirt - not bed bugs) as well as stain that looked like what you would find inside a used bandage on the bed sheet. This was incredibly disgusting. Of course I received a new room but this experienced has literally soiled my impression of Hampton Inn - which normally is my family's "go to" choice in hotel when on road trips. Other than an "I'm sorry" from whoever answered the front desk phone there was no further query or offer of any "make good" for this unsettling experience. Furthermore, the breakfast area was so overcrowded that a meeting room way down the hallway had to be used to accommodate guests.
