Great location.

Pros: Room was clean and quiet. Housekeeping staff very friendly and accommodating.
Cons: My room over looked the garbage bins which were emptied every morning at 5 am. This was very noisy.
Location: Lots to do in the area and walking distances very manageable. Lots of panhandlers though right in front of hotel.
Arrived early and had no problem checking in. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast area and food very good .

nice place to stay

Posted Aug 19, 2014
Cons: Bathroom
Location: Different places to eat. Easier (worth it!) to take a cab to go into the city.
Nice place, Lobby was clean and inviting. Staff members were very helpful with suggestions. The room was as expected until we reached the bathroom. The shower curtain was torn at the top and it was too short. The tub was also showing some mold.

Disappointing :(

Posted Aug 17, 2014
We stayed there cause it said it was close to the CN tower but it was a bit of a trek. We also chose this hotel because of the indoor pool, my son just jumped in the water the first time and a little girl puked in the pool.....needless to say we had a child (who LOVES to swim) very upset! We didn't get to use the pool at all. It kind of put a damper on our night :( and we were only staying that one night

Nice hotel close to the meeting place I needed to.

Pros: Free wifi access. Great location in Toronto City Center. ease of registration, check out. Felt secure in the room/
Cons: No "in-hotel "restaurant open for breakfast. Buffet at $13.95 too expensive if all you want is coffee, toast or cereal and juice.
Location: Easy access to subway system and many other sites.
Very good experience with exception of the City garbage truck that came at 4:30 a.m.. Really noisy. Don't stay on 2nd floor over the main exit if you want a good night's sleep. Otherwise everything in the room was great! Staff were helpful and everything was made easy.

this hotel was in a perfect location for our stay.

Posted Aug 13, 2014
Pros: Great hotel
Cons: breakfast as is the usual in a Hilton/Hampton
Location: Close enough to the Distillery district to walk . We also could have walked to the Rogers Centre but we opted for the subway.
However, we booked 2 standard rooms with King beds. 1 room had 2 queen and 1 room had 1 queen bed. Even though the rooms were lovely, the 1 room with the 1 queen bed was not sufficient for the couple using it. Other than that one glitch - all was well. - great pool area - beautiful lobby - great staff ..... We were a little miffed about paying 42.00 to park our car. This amount to park, totally negates any savings your get by booking through Expedia.

Good for what we needed

Posted Aug 10, 2014
We were in Toronto for a concert when there were other events happening in the city. If was hard to find a reservation in a reasonable price range. Thus was a bit high, but not nearly as bad as others. It was clean and the staff was great.

Nice location hotel

Posted Aug 7, 2014
Pros: Location
Cons: The carpet
Location: Near Eaton Centre walking distance. Accesible to Yonge street where the first and last stop of citysightseeing tour is.
It was a good stay. Comfy bed. Since we arrived in the morning they said no room was available yet they let us left our luggage in the concierge and the receptionist was very helpful to discuss to us some of the things and places for the city tour.
