Close to the Ed Mirvish Theatre

Posted Oct 17, 2014
This was a one night stay we arranged for the night we attended the show ''Wicked' A year ago we stayed at the Hilton Garden Hotel near Ottawa Airport which was wonderful so felt this should be good too. The staff were friendly at check in and in the breakfast room. We enjoyed have accessibility to the attached restaurant for an after theatre drink.

Worst hotel experience I've ever had!

Posted Sep 29, 2014
Staff was not helpful in any way. Was made to feel like I was inconveniencing the staff every time I had any sort of request. TERRIBLE customer service!

The hotel was pretty and the room was ok. But the parking was way over priced and unorganized.

Good Central Downtown Toronto Hotel

Posted Sep 22, 2014
Pros: Price and location as well as comfort.
Cons: Parking could be cheaper, but it is downtown Toronto.
The Hilton Garden Inn on Dundas St. east of Younge Street is a good, central hotel that is within easy walking distance and transit ride of most things you would want to do and see in Central Toronto. It is comfortable and not exorbitantly expensive with reasonable parking available.

Ok stay

The hot tub was a little dirty, the room was huge with 2 bathrooms but was in need of maintaining. The ceiling had what appeared to be water stains and some pealing. There was an odour in the room. We checked in approx 5:30pm and the man was not overly informative of hotel layout, check out time etc he was always rude to a customer in the hotel that had called from their room. Lady at the desk later was nice.

Downtown Toronto Hotel

Pros: Location
Cons: Parking rates.
Location: Very close to the entertainment district.
Hotel is right downtown close to everything. The area nearby is a little sketchy, but there were no issues.
