Taylor Swift and Rogers Centre access Great
Posted Jan 16, 2013
Stayed in 2 adjoining rooms with 3 teenge girls for Taylor Swift rooms were exceptionally clean and spacious, staff was very helpful with concert and transportation questions etc. Hotel is very conveniently located to the Rogers Centre an easy 5 minute walk straight down you can see it from hotel doors. I would stay here anytime for convenient access to downtown, we shopped, we ate, we walked evrywhere, very nice time.

Convenient to entertainment district
Posted Jan 16, 2013
Pros: Location
This hotel is convenient to Toronto's entertainment district and several excellent restaurants. It's clean and comfortable, not too big. The negatives were mostly minor: no regular coffee in the room, no shower caps, room not made up until 3 pm after we returned for a rest. Biggest negative was valet parking which was $40 per day.

A place to return to in Toronto
Posted Jan 10, 2013
Pros: Walking distance to everything you want
Cons: Staff at the desk could not give directions to Roy-Thompson Concert Hall, just a 5min walk away
Location: The location was in Central Toronto, walking distance to Rodger Center, theaters, concert hall, and King street evening excitment
The hotel was really wonderful. the restaurant/lounge had a modern NYC look, the room was very comfortable. The staff at the desk could have a bit more knowledge about the area around the hotel on giving us directions since they did not know where the Roy-Thompson concert hall was on King street. The hotel was walking distance to Roger Center and the theater/concert district on King street and King street became alive in the evening with really great places to meet and eat. We will definitely be staying there again when we go to Toronto.

Good stay

A little upset rooms weren't ready at check in time, also I reserved joining rooms but ended up not being available when upon arrival. The hotel location was perfect and beds were super comfortable.

Great location especially for Blue Jay games, Gretsky's and downtown. Terrific staff at front desk, esp. Mark. The valet parking team were outstanding !

Nice but thin doors
Posted Jan 12, 2013
Pros: Convenient to the theatres
Cons: Adjoining room doors were very thin and therefore could hear everything going on in next room
Location: Convenient to the theatres
Nice hotel, but weekends could be noisy since there are so many nearby nightclubs. Also found the adjoining room very noisy almost as if the doors were too thin. Everything else was great.

Pros: Jacuzzi and location. Seconds away from King West, enjoyed some awesome cuisine!
Cons: Room service stopped at 10pm but we just ended up ordering pizza during late nights.
Room was perfect. Really enjoyed the jacuzzi. Was well worth the money.

Decent hotel for price, great location
Posted Jan 28, 2013
Pros: The size of room. The comfort of the bed.
Cons: Dirty window and surrounded by construction right outside the door.
Location: Walking distance to shops, restaurants and sites
The staff was great and answered all my questions. They made a good recommendation for dinner. The staff changed my room to two beds as requested. The only bad thing we were on the 15th Floor and the window at the elevator had a view of the city except the window was dirty. It was ugly dirty and noticeable. That is the only reason I am holding back a better cleanliness score.

Good hotel, some minor issues.
Posted Jan 8, 2013
Pros: Clean, new, comfortable bed and steady room temperature. Pleasant staff.
Cons: Restaurant food overpriced for the quality.
Location: Can't get much better.
The hotel itself is ideally located for our purposes, well-kept with friendly staff. It was clean and comfortable, but it's already starting to show some wear, odd for a new hotel (dents in elevator doors, for example). We found the restaurant quite overpriced and underwhelming. Dinner (braised ribs) was dry, clearly heated up from earlier and quite bland. Breakfast was so-so; hash browns were soggy, the sausages odd and not particularly good; eggs were fine. So, expensive, given the quality. I suppose the parking is standard price for downtown, but when it approaches 25% of the total cost of the stay, I'd say it's a bit much. I'd say, parking and a double for your location ought to run no more than $160/night.
