The stay was good. But the waitress in the morning during breakfast brought over the bill and I wasn't done eating or even my coffee. She came back to the table 4 different times just to see if I had put the amount of the bill in the black book. And never even asked if I wanted more coffee. I felt that she was trying to rush my wife and I out of the place. I will not be going back as a result of this lady.

Nice stay in Mississauga

Posted Jan 4, 2015
Pros: Free wi fi, Price, location and a relatively new hotel.
Location: Montana's for food and drinks also a restaurant across the street but they were closed New year's day.
Nice hotel with comfortable beds and in a good location right off main road near restaurants. Breakfast for 12.95 Canadian with a good assortment of fruits, bacon, sausage, juices, yogurt and cooked to order eggs/omelets. Didn't get to use pool or Jacuzzi since they closed at 11 pm.

Uncomfortable bed

Posted Dec 27, 2014
Pros: Everything was good except the bed was very uncomfortable - unable to sleep.
Cons: The bed was very uncomfortable.
The hotel was fine but the bed was uncomfortable. It sagged in the middle.

Convenient location

Posted Dec 15, 2014
Pros: centrally located. Easy to get on and off the highway. Close to restaurants and grocery store
Cons: Booked hotel through Expedia for $104 a night however was charged $119 on check out. That is not right / false advertising.
Location: Located a few miles from downtown Mississauga, the Highways and the airport.
Check in was easy, staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Ready to help. Rooms were clean. Only issue would be the discrepancy in the hotel rates (different rate charged when checked out).

Quality accommodation

Posted Nov 25, 2014 on Hotels.com
We stayed at this hotel when we were in town for a 50th Anniversary celebration. For us, this was quality accommodation with efficient and friendly service and excellent amenities. Our room was clean and well furnished. We would definitely stay at this hotel again if we need to stop over in this area again.

Pleasant Stay. . Location Needs To Be Considered.

Posted Nov 25, 2014
Pros: Free parking. Business Centre. Access to restaurants and shopping. Friendly staff. Breakfast on-site. Front foyer.
Cons: Nothing, really. Just an average hotel in a less than desirable location. I have recommended it conditional upon understanding where it is located.
Location: See comments above.
There is more than one Hilton Garden Inn in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). This one is in Mississauga Ontario and is a few Kilometers (miles) away from the airport. Make sure you know which one you are booking. To access the airport, travel on the very busy Hwy. 401 is required. Make sure you allow up to an extra hour of travel time during rush hour. If you are shopping at Square One, this is a prime location. If you are coming from the West, this is an adequate location for the airport but very time consuming if travelling from the east. If you are staying at a hotel prior to a flight, there are better choices on Dixon Road and surrounding streets. You can tell that location is the prime factor as the hotel is quite adequate. I rate the hotel as Good. There is an attention-grabbing lobby/entrance which appears to have been added to enhance a rather basic hotel. The lobby is nice and includes a buffet breakfast (not included in the room rate but reasonably priced) and a small bar area. The pool is small and the water was cold. There is a small workout area that is adequate. The rooms are basic hotel fare which I rate as good. Parking is free which is a bonus. There are numerous restaurants, service stations, Tim Horton's, shopping etc. within a two kilometers (just over a mile). Business Centre available and boardroom. Staff was superior. Only worth the reduced rate available on this site and others. If you book, ask for one of the rooms ending in 10.
