NicePosted Jul 8, 2014
The hotel was very clean and had all the essentials. The rate was relatively affordable, so I can't complain. However, the two things that bothered my were (1) parking fee and (2) paying for wifi. They did have an area in the lobby with computers, but it just bothered me that we needed to pay for wifi in our rooms. Other than that, we stayed very comfortably. Staff was helpful, friendly, and quick.

Worst hotel everPosted Jul 7, 2014
Pros: Driver on airport shuttle was good
I did a search on expedia re hotels with free parking yet this hotel came up and got charged $18 per night for parking despite the fact I stayed with friends the second night as it was that bad. As a silver status member supposed to get bottles of water yet nothing provided. No fridge, no microwave which was standard at all other Hilton's I have stayed at. Tap in bathroom had a huge leak which resulted in water all over the place any time I tried to use it. Heating/ air conditioning unit was so loud I got next to no sleep. It was so bad I stayed with friends the second night.

Beautiful hotel, great staffPosted Jul 7, 2014
Pros: The staff with their friendliness and knowledge of getting around Toronto to see the sights.
Location: The location is great, you're too close to downtown where it is very busy and yet you are only about a 15 to 20 minute drive to Toronto.
This hotel is well kept up and very clean! The staff is very friendly and helpful, giving us directions for places in Toronto by using subways and even giving us a subway map to follow as it was hard finding directions to Queen Street West to check out all the little boutiques and shops and the old buildings in Toronto, and from there continuing to ripley's aquarium. It made our trip much easier than having to deal with traffic in Toronto. Thanks for all the great help to all the staff!

Big windowPosted Jul 6, 2014
One big window with great views from old tower. Excellent shuttle service to pearson airport. No affordable food at the hotel or nearby so eat breakfast at the airport. TTC is fast to the subway station. Was able to extend the checkout time by 2 hours with no extra charge (deals with vancouver jetlag nicely. Two tv's in jr suite are distracting while on different channels while both on. Gift shop has snacks and the front desk had apples.

Good hotel close to the Toronto AirportPosted Jul 3, 2014
Cons: There was no air conditioning in the elevator and the hallways were also warm.
Location: It was close to the airport yet very quiet. We were not looking for anything to do
We had a short stay waiting for a morning flight. We got in at 11:00 too late for the restaurant but could still be served at the bar. The food was very good and a substitution was made in the side. (substituting berries and bananas for a fruit salad that had melons) The staff was professional but friendly. The room was quiet, nicely appointed and sparkling clean. Free coffee and fruit were available in the lounge while we were awaiting a free shuttle to take us back to the airport. We received all we could ask for at a very reasonable price.

Close to the airport with a free shuttlePosted Jul 2, 2014
I stayed here on an overnight layover in Toronto. Check in was fast and the king-size deluxe bed was lovely after nothing bigger than doubles to be found in Portugal. The room came with its own coffee machine, no mini bar. Everything was clean. The bathroom was a little old, the bathtub looked like it needed to be refinished and the walls near the ceiling could use some paint. Otherwise, the room was a-ok.

Comfortable Hotel near airportPosted Jun 29, 2014
Pros: very good breakfast buffet
Cons: The pool was closed due to renovation. This should have been mentioned before booking in the description.
Location: Visit Toronto City, acceptable ways to the airport and subway stations
This hotel is very comfortable and situated near the airport. It is suitable to visit the city of Toronto.
