Pros: great location and great restaurant "Ruths Chris"
Cons: The pillows were really uncomfortable
Location: Perfect location for walking access to many things to do.
It was a good time. Would have been better if the pillows weren't so uncomfortable

Clean, comfortable hotel centrally located.

Posted Mar 24, 2015
Pros: There is a Starbucks attached to the hotel as well as good restaurants on site as well.
Location: Centrally located close to the Bay Street area.
Room was well appointed. Check in process was easy and the staff helpful. For the location, the rate was very reasonable. Parking while extra, is easily accessed in the garage below the hotel. I had a king room that was clean and comfortable although proximity to the elevator meant I could hear a "whooshing" noise and I am a light sleeper. Next time I will ask for a room farther away from the elevator.

Great location but parking is very expensive and wifi is not free in the rooms, only in the lobby.

Amazing experience!

The staff at the Hilton went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We traveled with two toddlers and every staff member we interacted with was friendly and helpful. The staff member at the gift shop found an item we needed and delivered it to our room. Our room had an amazing view, it was clean and comfortable. I would make a point to stay here again!

Gone down Hilton

Posted Mar 20, 2015
Room was messy. I.e- empty water bottles on the floor, toilet was dirty. Something spotty on in the bathroom sink. Only one towel, two wash cloths. We called and asked for more towels and toothpaste, forgot at home, and it took about 40 minutes to come and no toothpaste. Channels on the television didn't work all the time. Room was extremely hot, turned down the temp in the room but the fan hardly worked. This place is in need of a serious overhaul. Employees included.

Great Location and Friendly Staff

Posted Mar 14, 2015
Pros: The gym The location The friendly staff
Cons: The rooms could be updated.
Location: Close to lots of restaurants and the mall.
I chose the Hilton for it's location and it didn't disappoint. It's close to tons of restaurants and shops. The room was pretty nice - maybe slightly dated, but still very clean and comfortable. The gym was amazing - one of the best I've seen in a hotel. Staff members were friendly and efficient and it was a pleasure to deal with them. I'd definitely stay here again.

Close to Everything in Downtown Toronto

Posted Mar 12, 2015
Pros: Close to the hospitals on University Avenue.
Cons: The billing system could be better explained on arrival.
Location: Eaton centre was close by as well as the underground tunnel to Union Station.
Arrived and checked in quickly. The room was okay and comfortable.
