fees, fees feesPosted Jul 22, 2014
Pros: clean......reasonably comfortable
Cons: the FEES!
a tourism fee?.......an "eco" fee?....all in all an average hotel room for a really expensive price....$263 all in for 1 night.....enough with the fees already......just state your price straight up

The outdoor/indoor pool was an added bonusPosted Jul 11, 2014
My stay at the Hilton Toronto was wonderful. Staff was accommodating, lobby was relaxing, hotel lounge was a nice place for a drink. I like how the hotel was connected to an underground mall and of course, a Starbucks that's easily accessible. The pool was amazing, enough to tan or dip in the pool as it gets good sun during the day. My only qualm about my stay was the fridge in the hotel room, it's more like a freezer, it froze all my drinks and even my take-home food. I had to enjoy a Coke popsicle.

Clean and classyPosted Jul 4, 2014
We had a great stay. The place was quite nice. We used the pool, workout room, and the valet. All were fantastic. The pool Temperature was just right, not cold like most others. The workout room was abundant, not just a word used in the hotel description. It actually had useful equipment. Valet ok but pricy. Better than parking yourself though, if your overnighting it. 20 min wait in the afternoon for car though. Stay was clean and classy !

Solid value, nice hotel, great room.Posted Jul 1, 2014
Overall, very happy with my stay. Really nice room at good value and during WorldPride where I expected a real rate hike. But 250's still not cheap, so why try to ding guests an extra 15 bucks a day for wi-Fi ?- especially on a week-long stay. Pool was nice, but service there could have been a bit more consistent-

Nice but noisyPosted Jul 1, 2014
Pros: Staff was very nice.
Cons: Details...dirt in the corners and dust on top of the refrigerator.
Location: Convenient to all of downtown Toronto.
Overall the hotel was ok but beware staying on the upper floors if you like to sleep late on vacation. Construction noise was unbearable in the morning as early as 8:30 am.

Great HotelPosted Jun 30, 2014
Pros: See above.
Cons: 1. At these prices, internet access should not be an extra charge 2. I don't mind paying a little extra for valet parking, but $15/day more?

We went to Toronto for a weekend away and decided to reserve a room at the Hilton. Excellent location, great staff. Easy to get to anywhere by foot in the heart of the city. Great shopping, restaurants, and theater all within walking distance. Subway stops are close, too.
