Nice overnight stayPosted Nov 4, 2014
Just in town for one night, great location. Beds were comfortable room was clean. Resturants close by. Arrived around 5pm and checked out at 9am. Used the underground parking at the hotel which is public parking and the cost for overnight was $38.00. Was not happy with that surprise

Nice but a bit pricey.Posted Oct 30, 2014
Pros: see above
Location: Downtown Toronto, just south of the City Hall.
All staff were above par and service was excellent, particularly in the main floor restaurant. Food was excellent we had both a small supper ($80 for two with one glass of wine each) and the buffet breakfast (included in our executive room). Well, just a continental was included but for a mere $5.00 each we upgraded to the full buffet. The room was spacious, very clean and hot water was "instant". There were two bottles of water waiting for us but curiously, no glasses or cups anywhere. The bed was extremely comfortable. There was only one "sitting chair". Executive rooms include access to an executive lounge where late night snacks and a bar are available - except on weekends, a point we did not see when we booked on line with Expedia. Would we go back, only on very special occasions on our retirement budget. Downtown Toronto is undergoing massive construction/repairs prepping for the PanAm games. Given all the blocked streets the only way we managed to arrive was with our GPS. Make sure your maps are up to date.

Nothing for FreePosted Oct 28, 2014
Pros: Good location in the heart of downtown Toronto but there are many and I wont stay here again. Beds were very comfy and clean.
Cons: Bathroom has no fan and consequently, there is moisture damage and mold starting to grow. How about wifi? This is 2014!
The hotel is very nice and the staff are somewhat friendly but I was shocked that a room of this price charged an additional fee for EVERYTHiNG!! Read their fine print. Parking: not included. Wifi: not included. Continental Breakfast: not included. Bar Fridge: not included. They are all available, but at a hefty additional fee. Not even a small bottle of water was included. So I walked down the hall to the vending machine. Broken. I tried going down to the next floor. Sold out. I tried calling room service twice for help and got no answer. Very disappointing.

Nice hotel in the middle of the cityPosted Oct 27, 2014
Pros: Friendly staff Location Cleanliness
Cons: Room sizes for the size of beds. You really should have queen beds at a minimum
Location: Queen St. stores and restaurants Air Canada Centre CN Tower and Ripleys Aquarium Hockey Hall of Fame
My sons and I went to Toronto for a quick vacation and to take in the sights/hockey game. The hotel is very conveniently situated in the middle of town and close to most of the sights that a tourist would want to go. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the hotel was clean and appropriately apportioned. The rooms were of a decent size, but with three of us in a room with only two double beds it was a little tight. The roll away bed was very helpful for us but it did make the room a bit tight.

Central to Everything in the CityPosted Oct 27, 2014
Pros: Location, location, location....
Cons: Staff weren't overly friendly once you got past the nice people at check-in.
Location: Walking distance to most of the city attractions.
Booked this hotel through Expedia because of the location which was excellent. The room was lovely and beds very comfortable. Walked to the Theatre, CN Tower, Queen West shopping, King St restaurants. Cabbed to the Distillery District. Was quite surprised when I got my bill that they charge for room to room calls and it's not cheap! Be careful if you're with a group. I should have just used my cell.
