Good locationPosted Apr 16, 2015
It's close to the entertainment district, shopping and connected to the Toronto PATH network. I've stayed here a couple of times and would again.

Outstanding location but extra fees.Posted Mar 30, 2015
Cons: More clear instructions. I still don't know what I was billed for after my departure.
The hotel is beautifully located in the center of Toronto, close to the major attractions. The Convention Centre and Eaton Centre are just blocks away. The buffet breakfast had a nice variety of products. The eggs Benedict were my favorite. Unfortunately, there were two things I was not pleased with. The first day the little bottles of shampoo and conditioner were half empty (not enough for two showers). The next days the cleaning people would not leave more soap in our bathroom. When my wife checked out, she asked the clerk at the reception desk if we had to pay any extra fees or do any extra paper work in order to leave. She said that everything was taken care of ( I used Expedia to book and pay for this hotel). Surprisingly, as I got home I got a text message from my credit card telling me that the Hilton Toronto had bill me for $16.05. I still don't know what that fee is all about.

Pros: great location and great restaurant "Ruths Chris"
Cons: The pillows were really uncomfortable
Location: Perfect location for walking access to many things to do.
It was a good time. Would have been better if the pillows weren't so uncomfortable

Clean, comfortable hotel centrally located.Posted Mar 24, 2015
Pros: There is a Starbucks attached to the hotel as well as good restaurants on site as well.
Location: Centrally located close to the Bay Street area.
Room was well appointed. Check in process was easy and the staff helpful. For the location, the rate was very reasonable. Parking while extra, is easily accessed in the garage below the hotel. I had a king room that was clean and comfortable although proximity to the elevator meant I could hear a "whooshing" noise and I am a light sleeper. Next time I will ask for a room farther away from the elevator.

Good hotel overall but could use some updating in the rooms. Great location in downtown Toronto.
