Excellent overall, restaurant staff slow

Posted Jun 27, 2015
Pros: Excellent location. Great lobby, elevator with glass, swimming pool, very quiet and safe. valet parking nice
Cons: Restaurant employees. fast, smile. world class.
Location: Everything as expected. eaton centre, yonge anddundas square, great restaurant.
Excellent overall ,but restaurant's staff very slow , lunch and breakfast time. if this hotel is very important for world business, request best employees working there. Excellent outdoor pool but no signal visible for guest where we can order drink or food from hotel. clean room, not very luxury like the price. no welcome gift.

Great location, super nice room

Posted Jun 15, 2015
Stayed at this hotel enjoyed the experience the amenities were great such as outdoor pool however there was limited staff for the "drink" service and when we did order it took about 45 mins to arrive. The check in took about half an hour because there was only 1 staff member working and the valet service was not pleasent the staff running it seemed miserable and not helpful.

Nice place. Took forever to check in. Front desk staff were friendly but a bit too chatty. Waited in line to check in for 10 minutes (was the only person in line) before one of the three staff helped me

Pros: Very clean, comfortable and spacious rooms...
We had an enjoyable stay at the Hilton....very convenient location for easy access to the Rogers Centre and great Restaurants. The room itself was very spacious and the bed extremely comfortable....suited my specific needs quite nicely.

This is a great hotel. Very close to many restaurants and night life. The keg across the street was a great place to have a nice meal. Overall very clean and friendly staff. Will definitely go back.

Satisfactory

Posted May 26, 2015
Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location and relatively cheap and easily accessible parking. Fast elevators. Excellent view from room.
Cons: More room service options, i.e., cheap appetizers.
Location: There is quick access to a ton of restaurants, shopping, and places of interest.
The first room we were given smelled like fish, so we had to switch rooms. The pool was rather gross, and the room wasn't too cleanly either. There were very few options for room service.

Weekend getaway

Posted May 14, 2015
Pros: Close to the subway. Easy walking distance from the theatre & breakfast location. Great view of the CN Tower & patio. Ease of parking.
Cons: Parking was more expensive that quoted in your literature.
Location: Downtown. Theatres & shopping close by. Waterfront by subway would be a quick ride.
We were looking for a hotel located in downtown Toronto that was reasonably priced and close to the theatre district and local restaurants for breakfast. We found the Hilton online at a great discount & were pleased with our choice.
