Very good location

This is a great hotel. Very close to many restaurants and night life. The keg across the street was a great place to have a nice meal. Overall very clean and friendly staff. Will definitely go back.

Satisfactory

Posted May 26, 2015
Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location and relatively cheap and easily accessible parking. Fast elevators. Excellent view from room.
Cons: More room service options, i.e., cheap appetizers.
Location: There is quick access to a ton of restaurants, shopping, and places of interest.
The first room we were given smelled like fish, so we had to switch rooms. The pool was rather gross, and the room wasn't too cleanly either. There were very few options for room service.

Weekend getaway

Posted May 14, 2015
Pros: Close to the subway. Easy walking distance from the theatre & breakfast location. Great view of the CN Tower & patio. Ease of parking.
Cons: Parking was more expensive that quoted in your literature.
Location: Downtown. Theatres & shopping close by. Waterfront by subway would be a quick ride.
We were looking for a hotel located in downtown Toronto that was reasonably priced and close to the theatre district and local restaurants for breakfast. We found the Hilton online at a great discount & were pleased with our choice.

Ok Hotel, nothing special

Posted May 4, 2015
Location: This hotel is located near the entertainment district in Toronto about a 5 minute walk to clubs, bars, restaurants.
For the price the hotel is not worth the stay, it is in a good part of the city close to everything. The room was disappointing the room does not include a fridge and the rooms are small when you have two double beds in them. At check-in there was only one person on staff took some time to check people in. When asked about an upgrade they informed me they don't do upgrades, i am a Hilton HHonors member and upgrades are one of the perks on having the membership. Overall the hotel is OK nothing special.

Great Pool and outstanding location

Posted May 1, 2015
Pros: Location and the Pool
Cons: Queen beds vs. doubles
Location: Fantastic location lots of access to everything
In general, a great hotel but I did find the room a bit small and the furniture is starting to show its age.

Beautiful hotel - great night life area

Posted Apr 27, 2015
Me and my boyfriend stayed for the weekend so we could go out for dinner and dancing. The check in and check out was smooth and quick. We got up to our hotel room and gave the bed a test ;) ha! The bed is honestly like a cloud. The room is very spacious and very clean. I loved the hotel location. Queen St. W is always a fun street to go window shopping and King and Adelaide are perfect for night time adventures. I was excited to possibly going swimming after we came home later that night but the pool closes at I believe 11, so that sucked. Also, in-room dining is pretty expensive.. We were excited to sit it bed and eat but we were like nu-uh to those prices. Overall a great stay!

Pros: Great location walkable to anywhere downtown. Very friendly and curteous staff.
Cons: Free WiFi in room.
Location: Queen west for unique shopping. Lots of restaurants on king west. Short Walk to harborfront , aquarium, cn tower, acc train station, eaton centre etc
Had a great stay. Asked for early checkin and our room was ready! Also gave us extended checkout incl next day valet parking. Wasnt expecting that at no cost. Room was spacious, clean and very comfortable.

Refurbishing needed!

Posted Apr 23, 2015
Pros: Location.
Cons: Renovate the place. Improve the selection at breakfast.
This is a very well located hotel. It could be an excellent hotel if they would just spend a bit of money renovating the place. Breakfast is sub-standard for a 4-star hotel. The staff is helpful and pleasant.
