Our room was great! The beds were comfortable, lots of room for our large family to spread out, and there were little touches in the room that I really appreciated (a recycling bin and the pillows were labeled as "soft" and "firm"). Had a small issue when the pool was closed one night so we had to come up with plan "B" for entertainment. Good thing there was a movie theater relatively close!

I had one night over there it was nice. Clean and scure place. But the Brakfast isn't include as other hotels dose.

Dear Traveller, Thank you for posting your comments. I am glad you enjoyed your stay, and found the hotel to be clean. Unfortunately unlike our sister hotel The Holiday Inn Express, we do not offer complimentary breakfast since we offer a full service restaurant open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We do however offer economical packages which include both accommodation and breakfast for 2. We do hope to be able to serve you again in the near future.

Nice and clean hotel

Pros: Hotel room was clean and beds comfortable. Staff responded quickly to fix the air con in one room.
Location: Hotel not far from Toronto
Had a short stay at hotel, sleepover before our next trip. Had a pleasant stay, enjoyed the pool and Jacuzzi. Price was reasonable for family of 6.

Nice hotel, staff is not very friendly

Hotel is very clean, free parking, about 20 minutes from airport and farther from Toronto city center but we knew that. Everything was fine except I found the staff in front desk to be unfriendly.

Overall a pleasant stay. Air conditioning did not work very well and even though we didn't use the pool it was very small.

Pros: Staff
Cons: cleaning
The suite was great although we did find a beer bottle cap on the floor beside the bed. The pool was much smaller then we thought it would have been. Staff was friendly. Overall, I would rate it a 4 out of 5

Poor problem solving skills

Only have two baby beds available. Solutions offered: sleep in stroller!! Or in another bed (that baby can crawl out of) clearly not a parent himself! Shuttle service To wedding venue disorganized.

Dear ly, Thank you for your feedback. I do apologize that a crib was not available for your use during your stay. By Holiday Inn standards, we are required to have 2 cribs on hand - we actually have 3 because we like to have an extra one. You did not mention the date that you stayed with us, but I do know that Friday of last week (the 13th) we had an unusually high number of crib requests on our arrival list that morning, and they had already surpassed the number of cribs we had on hand. Some requests were therefore not met. Anyone who would have called in requesting a crib after that point would have been advised there were none available. We always do our best to meet guest requests, but always stress that they are just that – a request, and not a guarantee. I have passed your comments regarding the shuttle service to the wedding venue along to our Catering Manager for her review. Again, I apologize that your stay was less than pleasant, but do hope to offer you a more pleasant stay should you reconsider staying with us in the future.

Clean and Nice Hotel

We stayed in the hotel only overnight. The room and the bathroom are clean. Probably this is one of the best hotels I stayed in. The follow plan of the room is similar to a bachelor. Parking is free, but no breakfast.

Unfortunately since we have a full service restaurant, unlike our sister “The Holiday Inn Express”, we do not offer a complimentary breakfast. We do however, offer packages that include both accommodation and breakfast for 2. I would suggest you take a look at these packages should you stay with us again, since they are very economical!

Clearly not a high class hôtel

Wasn't impress by the staff at check-in. Maybe because I first said "Bonjour!" By one look, he made it clear that he would not speak french. I don't mind using english, but that look wasn't necessary. When we reached our floor by 10:30 pm, there was a vaccum in the middle of the hallway and it was CLEARLY not vaccuumed. Room look old and smells. Glad we stop by only for 1 night. Morning staff was nice and SMILING!!
