The room had the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in at a hotel. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. The hotel was also very conveniently located close to where we like to eat and shop. The hotel was very quiet and relaxing during our stay and didnt have to worry about people partying and being noisy throughout the night.

The stay was fantastic. The only issue was accessibility after 10 when side doors are locked. But understand the security reasons behind it. It was annoying thats all

Bedding had some stain on it but the room is clean. The scent is not same as the other Holiday Inn. It is smell like clinics.

Terrible stay
The hotel is die for renovations, my room had a terrible smell. The bathroom was disgusting, towels has stains on them and smelled bad. There was mold in the bathroom and the toilet/tub was not cleaned. The rest of the room had hair everywhere and was not vacuumed. I wish I had taken more photos
