Nice hotel, great staff, simple check in and out. Neighborhood wasn’t the greatest, however, it’s close to transit and easy access to highways.

Booked a room for my 33th birthday. Hotel was booked by hockey tournament so tou could hear kids in the halls running in the morning. You could hear the neighbors through the wall. The window lets water condense so mold growing causing the heater to turn on very few minutes which is insanely loud. We were gifted complimentary breakfast but since we were out late celebrating... we didn’t have time to sit and eat nor coyld we take food to go. Book through another company... other good hotels around. Leave this to the hockey families.

I like easy access from road 403. I dislike : No dining around on Sunday and tv is not fonctional in my room. Noisy room on the 403 side.

We basically checked in and went to sleep, so we can’t review much. The bathroom was very nice, and the beds were sooo comfortable. It was extremely easy to get to, and the staff were very welcoming. The location of the pool seemed great for parents to watch their kids. Overall great stay

There was a party going on in the conference centre with very loud music, and it was to continue until 11 PM. Our room was right across and we could not hear the TV or fall asleep. They should have thought of this ahead. We called the front desk and they moved us to another room, but it was extremely inconvenient as we had to repack everything again. Not to mention we had already started a movie on demand.

We used this hotel for 2 nights to go see a Leaf game. Easy 2 minute walking distance to the GO train. Beds, pillows and staff were excellent. The breakfast was fantastic with more selection than I expected. Highly recommend. Go Leafs Go !!!!

Clean good hotel. I like staying here. My only complaint is that on Saturday Dec 9, my floor had a roudy bunch that kept me up unit 1am. In the future I’d like to not be in a floor with a large group so I can get some sleep.
