“Great Hotel for the Price. Good Location”
Good location and price. Hotel was clean and the hotel staff were very accommodating and pleasant
“GREAT HOTEL”
The hotel staff was the most friendly and helpful Ive seen in a long time. My only complaint was the rooms were so small you had to walk sideways between the bed and table. But very neat and clean.
“good location”
Parking is a big problem. Check in, check out and elevator lines are long.
“Tiny but elegant”
The room was very small but the hotel was quite nice. The wifi was a problem. Parkng from the rear street was fine once we knew. Service was good
“would go back - location is excellent”
We had one of the newer rooms, which remind us of the European style. Staff was great - price is average. We did have problems with the room being overly hot, we had to keep the window open , we had trouble with temperture controls and maintenance wes not their after 11:00 pm to fix it . Overall the room was great.
“Great Downtown Hotel”
Great location, great room, great price.
“Convenient but not the best staff”
Great location, walking distance to a lot of attractions. The hotel room is a bit noisy but clean and probably recently renewed, so great room... Fitness center is not spotless clean, they could have some sort of alcohol so we could clean the machine after using it. The pool looked clean and I saw a lot of people enjoying it... The staff was the lowest point at the hotel. If you're luck you will talk to someone a bit more friendly and helpful but in one week that I stayed there it happened to me only once... :S Overall, If it still offers the best price, I would go back there because of it's location.
“Very impressed”
This hotel may not be the newest, but the people are great. From the desk staff to the concierge service. I needed help on 3 occasions and the concierge knew exactly where I needed to go and was dead on with advise. The room was clean and quiet. The hotel is in a decent neighborhood that I walked around up till 1 am and had no problems. Only thing I found was panhandling, but that was throughout the city. Subway system is beautiful and I never felt out of place on it. I would highly recommend the hotel for a normal vacation stay. For the money to me this was a great deal and a great hotel.
“Clean and New”
Nice and clean in a nice neighborhood.
“Good overall experience”
Decent hotel centerally located in downtown Toronto. Restaurant was good.
