Great hotel great locationPosted Jul 23, 2014
This is the second summer we stayed at Le Germain Maple Leaf Square mostly because it is so clean and the location is excellent if one is going to catch a Blue Jays game or concert. There are other downtown hotels that are cheaper but it is worth the extra cost to be walking distant from almost everything in Toronto including the new Aquarium Highly recommend this hotel.

Wheelchair Accessible Room 618:Posted Jul 22, 2014
Pros: Everything! Clean, Modern, Filtered Water outside your room, Breakfast was Fantastic! Close to downtown events.
Cons: Wheelchair shower, the shampoo, body wash, etc are on the opposite wall of the bench, disabled person on bench cannot reach them.
Location: Location was Fantastic, we were attending 2 Blue Jays games (5 min walk), you are next door to the Air Canada Centre, CN Tower - wonderful location.
One of the Greatest Rooms yet - my husband is unable to walk, so the roll-in shower, raised toilet, big open room - I can't say enough. Anyone who has to deal with accessibility - I highly recommend this Hotel. We have stayed in many hotels but there is always an issue but this was perfect. Really I can't say enough about how enjoyable our stays was at the Hotel Le Germain.

What you see is not what you get.Posted Jul 22, 2014
Pros: Modern look to it and bathroom was well done.
Cons: The room decor lacking for a $400.00 a night hotel.
Location: Good location for the sports fans.
Needed a hotel for the night downtown and my normal hotels were booked so I got placed here. It looked good on paper and I was interested to try it out. The location was near the hot sports venues. However I was not there to sight see or take in local attactions. Parking was confusing and found my self dragging my bags though a grocery store. Got to the lobby and the staff was helpful. They tried. It is a mondern upscale hotel. Or tries to be. They certainly charge for it. The room was nice size but the decor left a little to the imagination. Bedroom was ok but the wall look like it had not been washed for years. Bathroom was a good size liked the shower. But I would not pay the price again.

Great HotelPosted Jul 13, 2014
Great hotel, great location. Its steps from the Air Canada Centre, it's connected to great restaurants , a supermarket, short walking distance to CN Tower, Rogers Centre, and Aquirum, and steps to Union Station to get anywhere you need. The hotel itself is modern, very clean, and has a great vibe.

The hotel is beautiful and the location is ideal whether you have a car or not (Union Station is right across the street). The front desk staff, concierge, and room service staff were all excellent. One of the valets actually tried to take the tip out of my hand before I even offered it, so I would say that was less than professional - especially since he didn't even offer to help me with my bag. Valet tended to be pretty aloof in general - younger guys with less invested in their jobs, I suppose. I would return to the hotel though. Since it was my first time in Toronto, I can't compare this hotel to other downtown accommodations.
