“Great experience”

My 5 people enjoyed staying at this location. It is located near many attractions, especially the lakefront and the St.Lawrence Market. As a leader my only objection was that the staff were not prepared to recommend theaters or events for the one night we were experiencing Toronto. I asked several concierges for recommendation, and none were more helpful than the pamphlet. We will be returning to Toronto next year and would request info on August events and performances.

The hotel was lovely, comfortable and surprising quiet for it's location. The room was nice and beds were comfortable. Location of the hotel is excellent - very close to the Convention Centre and downtown Toronto. The staff in the hotel were really nice, very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again.

This was my second trip to Canada and I was not disappointed with my experience again. The city is large but it a nice place to visit and its citizens were friendly. I have been to other cities as large or larger but always felt rushed. Toronto is quite laid back and it is very to move around especiall in the downtown area. The "Red Rocket" is well run and very clean for a subway. I took a tour of the city, went to a few museums, went up the CN Tower, wandered thru the city and did some shopping. The city is very clean and is ahead of other cities with the ease of throwing away trash or recycling acceptable items. I took a tour down to the Canadian side of Niagara Falls and it was great (about an hour away, you need a day for this trip, my tour always also went to a winery.) I went in very late October into early November and the weather was incredible. It was a little cold / brisk with some wind but it felt great for a Texan resident. The city is a little expensive, so be prepared to help the local economy but this should not stop anyone from coming. I cannot wait to go back. Toronto is a very cool and neat city.

“Very Impressed!”

I don't usually take care of the reservations and such when travelling so I was a litle nervous but everything was great! The Hotel was really nice in itself and the room was in great condition. The restaurant had the most friendly staff and amazing food. We were in walking distance of the Metro Toronto Convention Center and the Eaton Center. We didn't really explore but it was easy to navigate and find our way around. I would most definetaly recommend this hotel to others. There's even a convenience store just next door which was nice to just get small things last minute.

Very clean hotel, close to all shops, great service at the resturant. Clean bathroom, beddings etc... I will stay there again!

“A Toronto Secret”

Well, the hotel isn't really a secret, and I hope it's not in demand next time we travel, because it's really a great place to stay. The rooms we've had (this trip and previous) have always been comfortable and quiet; the construction across the street is nearly finished. The pool is wonderful (though the hot tub was still under construction April 20 and seemed to need a few weeks of repairs). Restaurants, bars (try "C'est What?" for microbrews on Front St. - the entrance is easy to pass by), the St. Lawrence market, and the subway line are each short walks. Rogers Ctr is two short walks. For breakfast try Richtree just up Yonge towards King St.

excellent comfort, has all services you would expect from a hotel of this class. Friendly staff. Great location walking distance from subway, and most tourist attractions as well as centrally located businesses.
