Nice hotel within walking distance of the ACC.

Pros: It was close to all amenities.
Cons: Cheaper parking rates at hotel.
Location: Location was perfect for walking.
Rooms were not well heat regulated...too dry. Also, hall noise made for sleepless periods of time.

Nice hotel only a short walk away from ACC

Pros: Close proximity to many amenities. Few bars/pubs located right across road.
Cons: Parking.
Location: Close to Air Canada Centre. Lots of restaurants, bars, pubs and shopping within walking distance.
Hotel was nice and centrally located. We were able to walk everywhere we needed to go. My only complaint is that it cost $28 to park overnight (which I was not aware of prior to booking a room here) and then there was absolutely NO parking spots in the garage and we had to find another lot down the road. I feel hotels should be upfront about additional fees for parking at time of booking.

The room was clean. I like how they use fresh duvet covers on the bed rather than comforters that are only cleaned sporadically. The staff was friendly and helpful. Great location and easy walking distance to quite a few venues.

Enjoyable stay, reasonable price

Pros: Location and price
Had about 10 minute wait to check in, but we were early and they had a room available for us, so we were please about that. You need your room key to activate the elevators, but our key was not programmed, so we had issues and had to go to the front desk to get the key re-programmed

The Hotel was close to everything we wanted to see. Outside of the rude guest next door everything was fine.

The hotel was nice, clean, friendly, great location with plenty of restaurants and pubs nearby, close to St Lawrence Market, Air Canada Centre, Rogers Stadium. Loved the location

Good placement of hotel

Card lock system a failure...been there 2 night 3 days and evryday you have to re-program it....no heater in washroom...cold to take shower
