Convenient to Square One and other amenities

We stayed at the NOVOTEL as we were attending a dance competition with our daughter. The hotel was conveniently located to the venue and other amenities. The Hotel and hotel room did have a funny odour and the pillows in the room weren't very comfortable, however the room was clean.

Our stay was great, hotel was in a great location.

We brought our dog and we're made to feel welcome as soon as we arrived. We would certainly book with Novotel after such a great experience.

Nice hotel

Pros: Location
Cons: Checking in takes quite a long time.this should be reduced.
Location: Great restaurants and mall
This hotel is at a good location but there were some problems the first day which was resolved the next day.

Hotel is well located in Mississauga

Pros: Location is very good and easy access to sqaure one shopping mall is a plus. My visitors could easily get to me.
Cons: Need to be able to refridgerate few personal drinks and warm snacks using microwave
Location: Visit Square One Mall
Confortable rooms and hotel staff were warmly, friendly, and helpfull

Not upto Novotel franchise standards

We experienced 2 nights without room being cleaned. The heater is to loud and the roooms were not clean. Lots of dust every where. Don't forget the 13 a day parking in Mississauga ??

Great Location, Great stay

If you're planning on going to one of the local clubs or partake in an event near square one, this is the place to be. I had a King room that I was very pleased with. It looked modern enough for my liking but not to over the top and at a great price. The only one negative thing I have to say about my stay was the service from one of the employees named "Justin". It being a New Years Eve, I understand that it may not be a desirable time to work however in certain fields of work there isn't much of choice. Justin was rude to just about anyone he spoke with prior to dealing with me. He would roll his eyes, show attitude like you wouldn't believe. Luckily for me, I only had to endure a couple minutes of his bickering when another, much happier and customer service oriented employee was able to help out. Its a shame to put such a poor employee at the front desk representing Novotel. Justin would be much more suitable working as a janitor, no a customer service clerk.
