Was not impressed that the restaurant was closed

Pros: the freiadliness
Cons: more menu items
Location: not much
I could not really spend time downstairs due to the restaurant closed due to surgery, however I did ask if I could order something and was told yes then at the door was told no.

Nothing special but good for the price. Restaurant is not good but close to other places to eat

Nice hotel in Mississauga,Ont.

Pros: Well designed and decorated. Inviting lobby
Cons: To provide free wi-fi everywhere in the premises. It was free ONLY for certain number of minutes.
Location: Location very close to the airport. Square One shopping Mall is nearby. Far from Toronto City if you do not drive a car.
Good hotel in general and good location. Personnel was very helpful. Buffet breakfast was good, so was the price. Room was clean, but some areas needed to be dusted or need touch ups.

It was okay but not fair: no enough towels for the # of people to occupy even u reserved for 4 . We have to call the front desk. Duvets did not smell fresh .

Nice hotel in Mississauga

Location: Square One Mall was within easy walking distance.
I was there on buisness and had a nice quiet, clean room. The Hotel had its own restaurant and there were many more within walking distance.

Awesome hotel

Pros: Bed was extemely confortable, bathroom really nice and products of high quality. The designs and flowers arrangements were nice. Great restaurant!
Cons: Smile and curtious personnel.
Location: By the hotel there is the biggest mall in east canada "Square One". Very quite and nice area.
I had put a request far from the elevator with a quiet area, called twice for requests and confirm that our arrival was delayed due to traffic and they put us in front of the ice machine and cleaning room (not the best place when you arrive late). So they do not consider the request but once i refused the room they moved us to a better room location. Besides this incident the service is ok but not extremely pleasant.

Central hotel, close to Square One

Decent hotel, it served the purpose. It is an old hotel which could use upgrading but I would stay there again. Staff were excellent! I stayed here with my kids and also a friend had a room with her kids just up the hall. The kids loved the salt water pool but the timer/jets didn't work on the jacuzzi. Overall, we needed a place to stay for a few days, it did just that. Yes, we would book again.

close to shopping

Pros: very friendly hotel staff quiet rooms swimming pool internet access with printer
Cons: try gift shop, vending machines, lower restaurant prices just a little. add laundry facilities
Location: easy to access. plenty of shopping to do. movie theatres and restaurants near by. games/go karts
all staff members very polite and helpful. very close to shopping and close to highway to go to downtown Toronto. on bus routes. friendly atmosphere. at night very quiet neighborhood. swimming pool and gym enjoyable.

not too bad a hotel but....

Cons: have a small fridge that have a "space" not only for drinks, etc.
I requested for a small fridge to keep my insulin (although there was a bar fridge filled with drinks and choc.bars. I was told that they can provide me with another fridge- cost was $15.00 /day. We've stayed in different hotels here in Canada and abroad, this is the first time that I came across a hotel that charge for their fridge.. We think that it will not be good for families especially with those traveling with young kids to stay in this hotel. NOt unless they bring their own cooler to keep drinks, milk, etc.
