Great Location

Posted Dec 17, 2014
Pros: Clean rooms Great location Fast elevators
Cons: The doors were slamming on the 29th floor. Nothing to slow them down, woke me up several times. Bathrooms were tiny.
Location: In a great location to experience all of downtown Toronto.
Hotel was in the middle of everything we wanted to do (Ripley's Aquarium, Nathan Phillips Square, Raptors Game, Eaton Centre). People were nice, but the hotel was under construction.

Our room was in the renovation part and our windows were covered with a sheet making the room really dark and for the price I paid it wasn't worth it , I was really disappointed with the romm when they could of out me in the tower part of the hotel .

Noisy outside but peaceful inside

Posted Dec 13, 2014
Pros: Decor of room. Location of hotel.
Cons: Mini fridge was kind of noisy, not a deal breaker. Towels are not fluffy or soft.
Location: Very central location. Steps to tons of shops and restaurants. Walking distance to ACC, Skydome and Ripley's Aquarium.
I was a bit worried about renovation disturbances when I noticed a giant drop sheet covering the first few floors outside. Inside my room it was nice and quiet. I didn't have a view but I didn't much care. I was there to relax and when I left it felt I had gone to a spa even though I didn't. Room was tastefully decorated, bed was super comfy. It was a great location and I was sorry I didn't book a longer stay. Next time I will!

Pretty lobby and decor...thats about it.

Posted Dec 12, 2014
Pros: The lobby was pretty. The room was pretty. Thats about it.
Cons: The beds are terribly uncomfortable.
Location: Location is ideal if you want to go out to a nice dinner and a short 10 minute walk to Eaton centre.
The staff were friendly enough. I only stayed one night after a company christmas party so can't really complain. The bed was hard! If you like a comfy cushy bed, this place is not for you. Overall the hotel was fine. For $150 I would have stayed at the Marriott or the Hilton. Don't bother with the breakfast. It's 19/99 for fruit and pastries. Just go to the Starbucks down the street and get your breakfast there. When would anyone ever say that starbucks was a bargain?!
