Great Building, Lacking in comfort.Posted Sep 15, 2014
Pros: Perfect location, beautiful architecture, price.
Cons: More comfortable beds.
Location: Pretty much anything you want in Toronto - right downtown.
Great hotel with ideal downtown location and truly stunning architectural features. Once in the Superior Suite, however, the comfort was a bit lacking. The king size bed was very weak and uncomfortable - felt like a hotdog in the middle of a bun when it sagged in the middle. TV too small and too far from bed. There was also a very, VERY loud wedding reception that carried over to guests running down the halls at 3am. Not cool.

Good location and apartment amenitiesPosted Sep 15, 2014
Pros: Nice well equipped rooms in a great location
Cons: First time I have had a room here that faces the next building (very close) so not as nice as others with a view.
Good location for business or fun in downtown Toronto. Room had fridge, microwave, sink, dishes and dishwasher, washer/ dryer etc for the price of a hotel room. Clean and modern. Nice lobby bar.

ideally located downtownPosted Sep 13, 2014
Pros: location is good
Cons: The room could be re-arranged so the tv is in a spot so you could watch from bed.
Location: good restaurants and pubs, good shopping, close to ACC and Rogers Centre for sports
close to restaurants, pubs, ACC and Rogers Centre as well as entertainment district. Room was small and not set up very well as couldn't even watch the tv from the bed (had to sit in a chair). Loved the location but glad only there one night. Bed was good

Beware the construction.Posted Sep 11, 2014
The hotel is under construction and this may be affecting its operations. Noise was definitely present during the day but it was quiet at night. The bathroom was not very clean and many of the staff were indifferent to my presence. That being said, the hotel has location going for it.

Conveniently locatedPosted Sep 11, 2014
Pros: The location and the comfortable beds and pillows.
Cons: How and when the employees and construction workers use the guest elevators.
Location: This hotel was in a perfect location for the Toronto International Film Festival.
The staff was friendly and accommodating and the room was clean. Spotty wi-fi was a bit inconvenient at times but the staff was quick to remedy with a router which was appreciated. There was a lot of construction in the hotel and the workmen used the guest elevators a lot. Normally I wouldn't mind as I know and understand that work must be done. The problem however, was that often times they were covered with dust/paint/wallpaper pieces and they would jam several into the elevator and the guests would experience the dust and other items on their clothing. The elevators also took several minutes at times to arrive on the floor due to the excessive usage, I believe from the number of construction workers in the building. This is of course temporary, but I think the hotel's management should pay closer attention to how the construction may affect the guest experience.

great locationPosted Sep 8, 2014
Cons: smell in the lobby on 14th floor spreading into the rooms. Hope this is not permanent.
Location: perfect location - everything worth seeing in Toronto is within walking distance, plus there is a subway station right across the street.
it is just perfectly located - close to "everything". Friendly and accommodating staff. Clean room with a comfortable bed and decent bathroom. Unfortunately, there was that horrible stench in the lobby on the 14th floor, where our room was, entering the room as well, so we had to keep the AC and vent in the bathroom running all the time while we were in the room to keep it reasonably bearable. Luckily, the hotel is in such a place that you do not need your room other than for a few hour sleep.

Renovations!Posted Sep 7, 2014
Pros: Very central downtown location.
Cons: Needs a few updates.
Location: Walking distance all downtown amenities including Air Canada Centre!
The exterior of the hotel was under construction and my windows were blocked. Otherwise all good with this hotel.
