Close to the Pantages theaterPosted Jan 5, 2015
Picked the hotel due it being close to the Pantages theater where we were seeing a show. Booked the best room available. Room was a good size but tires and not clean. Lots of dust, garbage under the sink, unmentionable stuff on the shower curtain, bad floor boards,Cracked bathroom sink. You get the idea. Cannot recommend unless they raise their standards considerably.

Rooms stink with food being cooked. Looks like entering a shady motel room

Great hotel, close to everythingPosted Jan 1, 2015
I had an overall great experience at this hotel, as I have stayed here twice before so I expected as much. I did notice that despite getting my deposit back I was still charged for something else, despite not using anything from he mini bar, etc. I have emailed the hotel, currently to no avail. I hope to hear from them soon. I would still recommend this hotel to friends and family and I do plan to stay here again some time in the future.

My experience at the PantagesPosted Dec 15, 2014
Pros: Covered above
Cons: The floors of the room are hardwood and therefore a little noisy
Location: Covered above
This is our second visit to the Pantages. It has a small feeling , and is a first class place to stay. The valet parking is outstanding. Your car is always available in a few minutes. While in the downtown core it is very quiet .

Rom is very old. It has been redecorated, but the bathroom is terrible.

Pantages Hotel TorontoPosted Nov 24, 2014
Pros: Great location, close to everything downtown
Cons: Rooms could be refreshed.
Location: Dundas square, Eaton centre, lots of shopping and restaurants.
Staff was great, very friendly and extremely accomodating. Hotel rooms could use a bit of a facelift. The room was somewhat worn, but, for the price paid I can't complain.

Excellent place for a downtown getaway!Posted Nov 14, 2014
Pros: Staff, location, room size
Location: Eaton Centre across the street, Massey Hall across the street. Perfect downtown location. Walking distance to everything including the train station.
Stayed there with my sister for a girls getaway and a concert at Massey Hall. Could not have asked for a better location! Across the street from the Eaton Centre AND Massey Hall. The hotel was clean and modern and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! Really can't say enough about the staff. The room was spacious and had all the amenities of home including laundry. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!!

Terrific stayPosted Nov 2, 2014
Pros: Jeff, at the front desk, was amazing, as was the rest of the staff
We loved this hotel. It was the cheapest option for our weekend getaway, so we had low expectations…but it was amazing. Great location, great room, great staff, clean, fresh, comfy. We will return to this hotel for future visits!
