Spacious guestrooms and suites at the Park Hyatt Toronto are located in two towers: the 15-floor north tower that is contemporary in design and decor; and the 18-story south tower with a more European atmosphere.
Rooms are appointed with featherbeds, 300-thread-count sheets, and original artwork by local artists. Marble bathrooms include makeup/shaving mirrors, Le Labo amenities, bathrobes, and slippers. High-speed Internet access is complimentary.

“Very helpful and always available.”
The hotel staff is great, are room was noisy they moved us right away. We were not aware that there would be a charge for parking at the hotel. Management took care of us. I highly recommend the Hyatt, taxis are the better way.

Wonderful hotel in a great area of Toronto. There was a bit of construction going on outside the front of the hotel [Oct 08] yet the location to shopping and the gallery district made this only a slight inconvenience. Wonderful food in the area... Indian, Italian... I will stay there again on my next trip to Toronto.

The Hotel was wonderful. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Conveniently located in downtwown. I would recommed his hotel to others.
“Knowledgeable, Caring Staff in Fabulous Location!”
Park Hyatt Toronto has the style of a 1940's movie. The staff was so knowledgeable and ready to help with my smallest concern; from how to find and use the subway ( stops for both E/W and N/S lines were a short walk away) or exchanging currency to providing me with a toothbrush late one evening as opposed to sending me to a drugstore. The room was a dream come true and sinking into the pillow-toped, feather down- coverleted, numerous pillowed and fine count sheeted bed was wonderful. The marble bath was spotless, but the drain stopper did not work correctly making taking a bath in the deep tub a challenge. So many soft towels were provided in addition to big, soft cotton robes and little cotton bed slippers made shower time seem like being at a spa. Until I visited the SPA in the Hyatt. There were water features throughout and candles and the staff was amazingly sincere. The exercise machines and everything but specific services are available to hotel guests. My Expedia reservation was just as requested and check-in and check-out was a pleasure. I excited to return to this hotel and allow myself more time for using the Spa.
“Park Hyatt Doesn't Disappoint”
If you are looking for a luxurious stay in Toronto, you won't go wrong with the Park Hyatt. The Stillwater Spa is amazing. The guest rooms are lovely and very comfortable with extra large bathrooms. The only challenge we had was we never received our 4 am wake up call. Yes, 4 am -- we had a very early flight back to Texas. But certainly that didn't mar our stay since we had a backup alarm clock.

We loved the treatment we received from the hotel staff - they were all so very courteous and helpful to our needs. We also loved the location of the hotel, and wouldn't hesitate to return to the Park Hyatt on a future trip.
“Great getaway!”
Whether you're from Toronto or visiting the Park Hyatt is a fantastic option. Right in the heart of the action of downtown with walking access to all the top shops and restaurants and a quick cab ride to the theatre district and the funky King/Queen corridor. Across the street from the Four Seasons and the Hazelton Hotel it is almost half the price for the same quality hotel. The staff were amazingly helpful and friendly and the roof top bar is a fantastic place for a nightcap with a view of the T.O. skyline. We did it both nights. The Stillwater Spa is lovely and the hotel also has a complimentary car service if you ask for it.
